Love vs Hatred

The earth was shaking because of the two different forces that were challenging each other. One was a woman with pale skin, hazel eyes, and white hair that was so long that it reached down to her hips. The woman was wearing a long white dress that flowed to her knees. The other was a man with dark skin, short black hair, and crimson eyes. The man was wearing a black short-sleeve shirt, black cargo pants, and black combat boots. The battle was taking place in a mountain range with white snow on the tops of each of the mountains because of the harsh snow that was coming down from the sky.

Women: WHY CAN'T YOU JUST LEAVE US ALONE!?

The woman's voice shook mountains and would've made any enemy slightly weaker than her bend to her, but she was facing someone in the same league as her. Every attack the man sent at her was blocked by a force the man couldn't see. The attacks that the women blocked seem to have been eaten by this force rather than blocked.

Man: I WILL DO ANYTHING TO ACCOMPLISH MY DREAMS AND IDEALS, AND YOUR EXISTENCE IS IN THE WAY OF THAT!

Women: WE HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG!

Man: NOTHING?!

The man's hatred for the women grew as the battle continued. But the woman... had no hatred for the man at all. They both flew through the air, either blocking, dodging, or countering the other's attack, until the man grabbed the woman by the neck and crashed into the side of one of the many mountains, pinning her against the ground. As the man's mouth grew to a monstrous size, a red light emanated from the man's mouth until the unseen force that was eating his attacks a couple of moments earlier hit the bottom of the man's chin, which forcefully closed his mouth. The man then felt an immense pain in his hands that made him let go of the woman. The woman shot up to head-butt the man. Before the woman managed to hit the man, a transparent red hexagon the size of the Man's head was manifested into existence for the purpose of protecting the Man from all damage ... until it instantly failed this purpose when it was still shattered by the women's head-butt. The women hit the man with enough force to send him off the mountain, but the hexagon the man had created took most of the damage. The woman then jumped up and began to fly, trying to get some room between her and the man, but the man noticed this and immediately began to give chase.

Women: JUST GO BACK TO YOUR LIFE BEFORE WE MET YOU! DON'T YOU HAVE A FAMILY?

When the woman asked this question, the man paused. He seemed to think about the question for a moment. His expression turned to one of confusion as he paused. After a couple more moments of silence from the man, the woman then began to grow concerned and began to worry about the man's health when she hesitantly began to fly closer to the man to check on him. The man's expression then turned from one of confusion to one of rage. The man screamed so loudly that it destroyed most of the mountains that were surrounding them and changed the weather from a harsh snowstorm to a mighty lightning storm. The man swung his arms through the air like a child having a tantrum. The results of this behavior were hundreds of lightning bolts hitting the women. However, the force that was helping the women fight managed to eat the lightning bolts without fail. The man's anger and hatred grew towards the woman so much that his anger began to take shape. The woman saw crimson and black energy coming from the man's entire body. This energy was making her whole body, even her soul, want to turn around and run away, but she couldn't. There was so much that the woman wanted to protect, that she HAD to protect. But this undeniable fear that this woman was feeling sparked a single bit of curiosity.

Women: Why are you so angry? Just what in the world made you this way?

This question caught the man by surprise. It wasn't that he was confused. Confusion was not what the man was feeling. A single tear rolled down the man's face. It wasn't that the man was confused by the question; he was saddened by the question. Not because the question brought back memories but because he didn't know the answer and didn't remember ever caring about the answer.

Man: ENOUGH OF THESE QUESTIONS!

The man's anger and hatred for the women came back stronger. The man flew at the woman, and the woman flew at the man in retaliation.

Women: I hope you find peace.

Unlike the man, the woman had no hatred for the person she was facing. The only reason she fought was to protect herself and the people she loves and their way of life. She only fought to protect and save the two people she respected and loved more than anyone else.
