Mortifae

Kurai Tachi is a normal student who just wants to study and do well. Lin Hayashi is his childhood friend and roommate who seems determined to spend the rest of her life playing games.

When Lin purchases headgear for a chance to enter the beta of the newest VR game 'Seradeihn', Kurai suddenly finds himself trapped in the game in an Avatar that he doesn't know how to use instead, but not for long.

Soon he finds that the game itself may hold a link to memories he'd long ago thought lost and the picture they paint proves to be a lot more sinister as they expose a plot that would shock the world as well as the other dimensions that soon become involved.

Seradeihn

Kurai found himself waking up to a sense of nothingness with a grimace.

His body felt like it was floating somewhere, even though he could still feel a dulled sense of having been hit over the head with a blunt object and it made his head ache something fierce so he shut his eyes tightly to try and block out the pain.

The moment he thought about it though, the pain seemed to subside enough for him to be able to think and he cautiously opened his eyes to try and figure out where he was, though even with open eyes he couldn't make sense of it all as he seemed to be floating in a cloud of shadows.

A voice called to him, but the echo was so much that he couldn't recognize it at first, then it became clear and he narrowed his eyes in suspicion, "Lin?"

Captured
