Mortifae

Kurai Tachi is a normal student who just wants to study and do well. Lin Hayashi is his childhood friend and roommate who seems determined to spend the rest of her life playing games.

When Lin purchases headgear for a chance to enter the beta of the newest VR game 'Seradeihn', Kurai suddenly finds himself trapped in the game in an Avatar that he doesn't know how to use instead, but not for long.

Soon he finds that the game itself may hold a link to memories he'd long ago thought lost and the picture they paint proves to be a lot more sinister as they expose a plot that would shock the world as well as the other dimensions that soon become involved.

Seradeihn

Kurai soon realized that taking a week's break had been a good thing as he spent time with his companions and the rest of his guild while telling them all about the missions they had completed so far but the other players began to get restless and he soon found himself standing at the border of the second and third areas with quite a few players at his side as they waited to see what area would be revealed.

Unlike the first boss, the second boss had only dropped a bunch of valuable stones and Kurai had been about to sell them but one of the mages hard stopped him and revealed that they could enchant his weapons with them, which he gladly allowed.

The second item that the boss dropped was the lock for the key that they had slotted together and Kurai was relieved that the key seemed to fuse on its own when the two pieces came into contact with one another, otherwise, he was sure that it would have broken.
