Mortifae

Kurai Tachi is a normal student who just wants to study and do well. Lin Hayashi is his childhood friend and roommate who seems determined to spend the rest of her life playing games.

When Lin purchases headgear for a chance to enter the beta of the newest VR game 'Seradeihn', Kurai suddenly finds himself trapped in the game in an Avatar that he doesn't know how to use instead, but not for long.

Soon he finds that the game itself may hold a link to memories he'd long ago thought lost and the picture they paint proves to be a lot more sinister as they expose a plot that would shock the world as well as the other dimensions that soon become involved.

Seradeihn

Kurai fully expected the vampire to try and make him his lunch so he quickly moved to grab his sword, but the vampire stopped him by grabbing his other hand as well, which prompted him to try and kick the vampire in the stomach, but before he could do so, the vampire spoke, "No need to be alarmed, I was merely stopping you from falling into one of the many traps that litter this place."

Naturally, Kurai didn't want to believe those words at first, but the vampire did something that caused the mist to ease up a little and he turned to find a large hole where he'd been about to step if the vampire hadn't grabbed him.

He could sense that Nila was about to attack the being, but Kurai mentally stopped her to keep her from revealing herself.
