Olivia frowns and unsheathes her enchanted sword and powers up greatly before aiming the sword toward Wanda.
"Are you sure you want this?" She asks as her eyes begin glow brightly feeling the power emitting from her body.
Suddenly, there is a loud ripping sound. The sound of reality itself being torn apart. And then The One Above All is there once more. His imposing size and mighty presence fill the space.
"What is the meaning of this?!" He asks, his voice booming yet still sounding as loving and as warm as ever.
His eyes flash in the same warm and fatherly light as before, but he looks concerned and the firmness in his eyes now seems even greater than before. They almost look like they could pierce straight through Olivia.
Olivia turns around in shock before answering.
"I am only keeping the promise I made to Wanda from when we first meet."
His demeanor becomes stern and a tad bit more imposing and stricter, though he remains calm.
"Explain." He says, his voice booming.
Olivia can see the universes move and align behind him once again as the presence of the One Above All towers over her.
"Now."
She has never seen this side of him before…
Olivia slowly lowers her sword before explaining.
"Years ago, I attempted to steal the Book of the Damned. It so happened to be in Wanda's possession at the time. I was caught during my attempt to steal it and begged her to loan me the book with the promise that I would give her an opponent worthy to fight."
By the time she finished speaking she has the sword down at her side.
The One Above All pauses for a moment. Then he chuckles a tiny bit as he looks at Wanda and nods slightly.
"Is this true?" He asks in a stern, serious tone of voice.
She nods and he chuckles once more before looking at Wanda.
"Is she worthy?" He asks.
He asks this seriously; his eyes have a stern and a bit of a dangerous look in them now.
He leans forward slightly when he wants an answer, and Wanda has the feeling there's something dark and terrible behind his eyes.
She nods and answers.
"Yes, I believe she is worthy."
"Very well." He says in his serious tone as a warm smile spreads across his face.
"She is worthy indeed." He says, looking straight at Olivia.
"Do make good on your promise, mortal." He says in his loving voice, his kind fatherly eyes now replaced with an imposing and slightly stern look again.
"And be warned…"
"Do not test me again." He says as he starts to fade. A tear in the multiverse opens behind him as he starts to leave.
Olivia lets out a breath she didn't know she had and turns back to Wanda who is standing now.
"Still wanna do this?" She asks.
Wanda looks up at the disappearing presence of the One Above All and then back down at her.
She looks between Olivia and the tearing in reality before deciding and sighing.
"It seems we have no other choice…" Wanda says, sounding like she's already starting to warm up to the idea.
She then smiles that small, cute, impish smile she has and starts to laugh.
"I'm actually starting to get excited, love..." She says with a slight giggle.
"Let's do it." She says with a devilish grin.
Olivia holds her sword back up and powers up again with a grin on her face as well.
"Show me what you got Scarlet Witch."
Wanda nods, almost seeming excited.
"Bring it."
"I might just have fun with this."
Olivia nods.
"Lets have fun…"
She says before quickly becoming cold again and disappears from Wanda's field of vision and reappears behind her attacking her.
Wanda, not missing a beat, blocks the attack with a magic shield that surrounds her arm and is clearly controlled by her will.
She then retaliates with a blast of magic out of her other hand, aimed straight at Olivia.
It's a huge ball of energy that arcs toward her. After she is finished making this attack, she teleports around Olivia, trying to confuse her and keep her from counter attacking, while another ball of magical energy builds up in her hand.
Olivia quickly forms a barrier around her, blocking the attacks before whispering an incantation that duplicates her and sets up multiple decoys to break down Wanda's guard.
Wanda's eyes grow wide as she sees multiple Olivias appear before her. She attempts to send attacks her way but seems confused.
She then seems to come up with a plan. She creates what seems to be a gravity well and sends it Olivia's way.
It would be extremely difficult to dodge, especially for a less powerful being.
In fact, it looks impossible…
Olivia grits her teeth as she uses a forbidden spell to overpower and blast the gravity well away.
As the smoke from the collision spreads, she uses this opportunity to use another spell to duplicate her enchanted sword and aim and fire all of them at Wanda.
Wanda, not expecting the amount of offensive magic flying at her, attempts to block them with a shield, but is clearly struggling.
She seems to be putting her every bit of power into keeping the spells out, but her defenses are clearly overwhelmed with that many spells of that strength going her way.
Several swords are able to land, injuring her. She grunts but manages to stay standing.
"Not bad, love." She says with a smile, the same impish smile she had before. She seems to almost be enjoying this.
Olivia grins slightly from her compliment and turns up the pressure as she levitates to the sky and starts an incantation that makes the ground start to rumble and crack.
She stretches out her arms as lighting begins to swarm around her and huge balls of energy form in her hands as she combines them both, powering up a dangerous beam.
She feels the divine energy amplify the head of the beam making it bigger.
Her entire body is bright as the sun at this point and her eyes are glowing brightly as she screams to the top of her lungs...
"HELL FLASH!" She fires the powerful, dangerous beam directly at Wanda.
Wanda's eyes go wide as she looks at such power. She seems to know it can't be blocked and quickly teleports out of the way of the beam.
The ground the two were previously standing on is now completely destroyed. She seems to have barely escaped with her life.
She seems to be waiting to see what she will do now.
"Impressive." She says in a serious tone.
"Your powers exceed mine." She says with a hint of respect in her voice that might be a little bit fear.
Olivia nods.
"I respect your acknowledgement." She says as she tilts her head.
"But I think you should turn around…" She tells her as the image of Olivia in front of Wanda disappears and two beams fire aiming at her ankles, piercing them both through.
She yells out in pain for a moment but immediately covers her mouth after she yells in pain.
She looks back at Olivia, in pain, but her face quickly returns to a serious, but slightly cold and icy look.
"Impressive…" She says in a serious tone.
"I must say, you're much more powerful than I thought." She says as her leg begins to heal.
"What else can you do?" She asks, raising an eyebrow.
Olivia grins as she raises a hand into the sky and clouds begin to swirl and form.
Her eyes begin to glow brightly and energy forms in her hand and the ground rumbles.
"HELL FIRE!!" She yells as hot magma bursts out of the earth from multiple angles as she locks them all onto Wanda having them follow her no matter where she went.
Wanda screams as she is pelted by bursts of lava. She seems to be barely able to avoid them all, but she's starting to get exhausted, and they are beginning to land.
"I have to admit…" Wanda says through gritted teeth.
"That's quite the display of power..."
But just when Olivia thought it was over, the ground starts to shake again, and an even bigger and hotter stream of magma erupts from below her.
Olivia quickly teleports out of the way avoiding the blast of magma as she continues her offensive strategies to tire her out.
Wanda seems to be starting to struggle even more now.
While she's still managing to avoid most of the attacks, more and more are landing. She seems to be getting closer to her power limits.
She's getting close to breaking, as she is clearly getting more and more tired.
She stops moving and she seems to be breathing hard. She's still standing, but clearly not for long.
"Is this the best you've got?" She asks, more out of exhaustion than arrogance.
She still has some fight left in her, but it's clearly beginning to grow thin.
Olivia's face turns to a devilish grin before stretching her arms out wide repeating one of the most forbidden spells in the book and feels the ground rumble and shake.
Her eyes turn black as a red aura emits from her body.
The energy is immensely powerful as the ground splits wide open and she summons Cerberus, the three headed dog of Hades.
The dog growls and roars making the ground shake.
"Cerberus!! Use your power and fire your magma beam!!" She commands.
The dogs roar and all three open their mouths charging their powerful attack and firing it in all directions.
Wanda looks shocked at the sudden appearance of this terrifying dog. She's not quite sure what to make of it, but she's clearly surprised.
She seems to be getting nervous and her eyes grow wide.
As the ground splits open and the beams fire, she doesn't even attempt to defend them.
She makes no move to protect herself and the dog's attack hits her square. She grits her teeth and seems to be holding herself together through sheer rage.
Her eyes flash with hatred and for a moment, it looks as if the All-Seeing Scarlet Witch seems to be blinded by it.
Olivia growls and yells out of pure anger and rage as she feels the power from the Book of the Damned take over. She clasps both of her wrists together as she commands the dog again.
"Cerberus!! Fire your magma beam again!"
The dogs roar and open their mouths again and the beams are charging.
Olivia charges her up as well as her eyes glow brightly red.
"HELL FLASH!!" She yells as both her beam and the dogs fire at the same time mixing together, creating one large powerful beam of fire, lightning, and magma.
Wanda seems to be barely holding herself together at this point. The combination of all the attacks together pushes her to her limits.
She's now barely standing…
"Is... this the best...you...can do?" She asks, her voice shaky.
Her powers have been pushed beyond their limits and she's barely standing, but she's still not letting her guard down a bit.
She's still holding out against the attacks, but she can't last much longer.
"Is this all...you got?" She asks, her voice weak, but still filled with rage.
Olivia growls while breathing heavy as she is beginning to reach her limit as well.
But she quickly shakes it off as she points directly at Wanda.
"Cerberus!! PUMMEL HER!!" She yells as the dog roars and charges right for Wanda.
Wanda screams as she is tackled into the ground by the three-headed dog. She's pinned down by the dog as it growls at her, seemingly waiting for another order from Olivia.
The dog's growls and snarls echo throughout the land, filling it with fear and terror.
The dog seems to be staring straight into Wanda's eyes, wanting nothing more but to rip Wanda apart, but it seems to be waiting for the direct order from Olivia first.
Olivia slowly levitates down to Wanda and kneels towards her as the dog continues to roar and growl in her face.
"Just yield to me and let me have the Book of the Damned and this will all go away." She says, waiting for a response.
Wanda seems to be seriously struggling not to scream, the fear and pain obvious on her face from the three-headed dog.
He roars once more, making a sound that makes the hair on the back of her neck stand up, and then he stops, as if he's waiting for her response.
Wanda, through great pain and effort, opens her eyes and looks up into the three sets of eyes of the dog. The fear turns into determination in her eyes.
"I will...never...yield..." She says, her voice raspy, but filled with determination.
Olivia frowns as she stands up and looks at the dog.
"Cerberus!! RIP HER APART!!"
The dog roars as it begins to gnaw and gnash into Wanda.
Wanda lets out a scream of pain and despair but immediately stops. She seems to have accepted her fate. She looks at Hades' dog with an almost sympathetic look, seemingly accepting her death.
At the same time, Hades' dog's eyes begin to glow red, and the dog becomes more aggressive in tearing at her.
She doesn't seem to fight back at all, but she gets slight glimpses of pure agony and the fear of death at the thought of facing Hades.
She screams again, begging Hades' dog to stop, but it seems to have sealed her fate.
A single tear falls out of her eyes, as she feels her time coming to an end.
Olivia yells out to Wanda in her final moments as she tries to hide the tears swelling in her eyes.
"I can make this stop... JUST LET ME HAVE THE DAMN BOOK!!" She cries out.
Wanda looks up at her, her eyes full of despair.
She seems to be in great pain, both physical pain from the dog's attack but also mental pain, fear of what her fate will be if she dies here.
She screams again as she says, "You...you'll have the book…"
"Just make... it...stop..." She says, barely able to breathe through the pain from Hell's dog.
Olivia levitates into the sky as she speaks an incantation that opens the pits of hell.
"Cerberus!!! You have done well... Now return back to your home next to your master's side." She commands.
The dog stops attacking Wanda and backs into the pit as the pit swallows the dog whole.
Olivia quickly gets back to the ground and runs over to Wanda, breathless as she begins to heal her with all the strength she has left.
"Don't you die on me." She says desperately.
Wanda seems to take a breath of relief as the dog disappears back into the pit. She looks up at Olivia with gratitude, though a tear still streaks across her face as she seems to try her best to stay conscious.
As Olivia starts to heal her, she can see the terror and fear of death leave her eyes and turn to relief.
"Th...thank you…" She whispers, but she quickly gets serious.
"You better... keep your promise." She says, coughing as she starts to pass out from the pain.
Olivia nods as tears begin to fall out of her eyes while healing her.
"I assure you I will keep my promise." She says between sniffles.
Wanda seems to finally relax as Olivia heals her and a peaceful look starts to pass over her face.
Olivia did a good thing here today; she's given her a new chance at life.
A second chance…
A chance to redeem herself…
