Queen Emma couldn't understand why Henrie tried so hard to dispel the rumor. After dinner, King Georg also cautioned his family to remain tight-lipped on this matter.

This rumor aimed solely to tarnish Lady Runa's reputation and would have minimal impact on Henrie's authority. Moreover, if it were true that Lord Ansgar intended to bring Lady Runa under his wing and reclaim the throne, Queen Emma felt compelled to take action to prevent it.

Lady Runa's presence in the palace posed its own risks. She could become an accomplice to her brother, providing Lord Ansgar with updates on the kingdom's situation to aid him in reclaiming the throne.
