The Fog

The preparation was complete. Everyone was at their assigned posts and the weapons were there at the ready. Elijah was with the majority of the knights, at the Dunkel Sea. He needed to be there to give directions should the situation change.

The sky had gone dark, and the wind started to blow in a reverse direction. Noticing how much they relied on the direction of the wind, some knights pumped up their fists in the air with silent roars.

They were hopeful, and Elijah also tried to share the same hope, but he couldn't. There was a foreboding feeling looming over him. Something just felt wrong, although he didn't know what.

The fog began to cover the sky, and Elijah and the knights had a hard time seeing ahead. It was quite a fatal development that Elijah didn't take into account. They needed a clear sighting to make a precise decision about the time to attack.
