"Of all people, I thought you would understand the best since you've been in my shoes several times–quite literally too," Runa added.

Yohana wanted to wipe the smug face on her, but she just tightened her fists behind her back. She didn't want to be provoked, lest Runa would think she won.

"Why are you making that face? Shouldn't you thank me first for sending doctors here? I also brought medical supplies, even though I didn't buy them, but I still organized everything so it should count."

"What?" Yohana looked around, confused. Did Runa send these doctors here? "You sent the doctors? Why?"

"Why else? Because you need them. Well, don't you?"

You're evil, and you only want the worst for me.

Yohana almost blurted it out. Thankfully, she was able to hold back. She couldn't understand.

"Runa found out that Lord Ansgar was scheming with Castellan Stanislaus and Kievskaya to attack Reichwein," Niels said.
