*Swoosh!*
Mark's figure swung up to the ceiling with the help of web, and then made a flexible 180-degree turn in the air, from head to foot, and then kicked his feet lightly on the ceiling, and his figure quickly fell down to the ground.
When passing the beam where Noir and the others were standing, Mark stretched out his hands, pressed lightly on the beam, then turned around again, and then managed to stood firmly on it.
*Clap clap!*
Ham, Gwen and Peter clapped their hands together.
"That was pretty good." Gwen nodded approvingly.
"Haha..." Mark laughed a little embarrassedly.
He felt that his progress had been rapid during the half hour.
Moreover, the potential in the body is constantly being tapped out.
Spider sense, super balance, body coordination, etc. have all been greatly improved.
He didn't know why it hadn't responded before, but now there was such a big change suddenly.
It's like a reservoir which gates were originally closed. After the flood valve was opened, the water rushed out.
Just when Mark was a little complacent, Noir walked up to him.
He was about the same height as Mark, but when he saw his eyes hidden under the goggles, Mark unconsciously felt that he was actually shorter than him.
This is a difference in presence.
"It seems that you are satisfied with your performance?" Noir said in a deep voice.
Mark wondered: "Is there something I'm not doing enough? I think I'm very powerful now, and I'm in great shape."
"Heh." Noir sneered, "Surprise!" and then threw an attack out of nowhere.
Mark didn't expect Noir to launch a sneak attack suddenly. He was also so near that the punch landed solidly.
*Bang!*
After being punched, Mark was knocked straight off the beam.
It was only after falling in mid-air for half a second that he came back to his senses.
"He actually sneaked attacked me?"
With some annoyance, Mark stretched out his hand and was ready to go back to Noir for an explanation that would surely just be about training and all.
However, at that moment, Noir reached out his hand like lightning.
*Swoosh*
A ball of web flew out of his hand and hit the web shooter on Mark's wrist, directly covering it.
Startled, Mark hurriedly extended his left hand.
The web shooters were left and right.
However, another ball of web shot up and sealed the web shooter on his left wrist as well.
After these two cunning attack, he had completely lost the ability to counterattack.
Moreover, his figure had also completed its free fall and hit the floor heavily, stirring up a cloud of dust.
He didn't have his hood on, so he also choked a mouthful of dirt.
"Eckk, Eww!"
Mark stood up, spitting out the dirt in his mouth, then rubbed his butt - he had just landed flat on his ass, and that definitely hurt.
"What did you do?" Having done that, he had time to look up and question Noir.
*Whoosh!*
In response, however, instead of an explanation from Noir, he got a kick from high above!
*Boom!*
Once again, Mark was knocked.
This kick was powerful also and adding to the fact that it was only a few centimetres from the heart.
So It left him with a tightness in his chest.
*Tap, tap, tap*
Noir arrived in front of Mark in a few steps, looked down at Mark who was sitting on the dust and said in a serious voice: "With such strength, you will only be a burden to us in time, what do you have to congratulate yourself about?"
After saying that, he turned his hand and shot a web to the ceiling, and flew away after that.
"Uh..."
Mark looked at Noir swinging away and opened his mouth, but nothing came out.
He had been snapped out of it.
The complacency that he had felt when he had first gained his power had been completely knocked out of him by Noir's punch and kick.
At this moment, he even felt a bit ashamed.
"Oh - he seems really angry," Ham jumped down from the beam and landed next to Mark, "I have a hot dog here that I asked Aunt May to make extra for me, why don't I share half of it with you and you can take it to him and apologize? It's cold, but it still tastes really good."
"Thanks, but no, I'll go apologize myself," Mark said sullenly.
Gwen and Peter jumped down as well.
Peter reassured, "Don't worry, you've done a good job. However, when we face enemies, we must be extremely vigilant. We must not be arrogant, or we will harm others and ourselves."
Although he knew that Mark didn't necessarily like being lectured at this point, Peter decided to say it anyway.
He didn't want Mark to die because of this.
Mark nodded seriously and said sincerely, "I understand, and I know that you are all doing this for my own good, and I will take note of it."
Peter smiled brightly and held out his hand.
Mark reached out to shake it, and was pulled up by Peter.
The latter patted his clothes to dust out the dirt that had gotten on him and then smiled, "Well, in that case, let's go back too."
At this point Gwen also came up beside him.
But unlike the two Peter's admonitions and teachings, she said to Mark, "Actually, many of your moves are quite practical, it's just that some of them are really too fancy in the middle, you can find a way to get rid of those extra ones to try."
Mark nodded.
The moves were naturally practical.
The games he had played in the past had all been made with the help of special effects and robots, but there were a number of moves that had actually been considered for reasonableness, so they were naturally of some reference value.
However, they were only "references".
In the eyes of a real Spider-Man, these moves would be too fancy.
Especially to a practical man like Noir, so Mark's moves are as funny as a clown.
And yet he boasts about it. That's what pisses Noir off.
"But some of your moves look like dance moves, like that spiral in the air, like in ballet," Gwen said, "Did you take ballet?"
Mark was embarrassed.
That move was used in the game to "gather energy", doing some difficult moves like spinning in the air to build up the game's "energy", which could be used to release skills.
The game's veteran players will usually fill it up while they're on their way, so it'll be easier to use in battle.
But in reality, there was no such thing as that, so that action became fancy and useless.
"No, no. Would you believe me if I said it was taekwondo?"
"Oh, it's a bit like that."
Gwen was thoughtful.
Several people then left this abandoned warehouse and headed towards Aunt May's house.
Before they could enter, they heard the slightly frightened voice of Miles Morales:
"Listen to me, I've discovered a big secret! My uncle, my Uncle Aaron, turned out to be The Prowler!"
