Chapter 185

After recruiting the Spider-Assassin from Earth-8351, Otto successfully utilized his abilities to rescue several other Spider-Men under Karn's control.

Among them were Spider-Monkey from Earth-8101, Six-Armed Spider-Man from Earth-92100, Spider-Girl(Spider-Bitch) Ashley Barton from Earth-807128, Spider-Cyborg from Earth-2818, and Spider-Man(Spider-Indian) from Earth-50101 - five Spider-Men from different universes.

In Earth-8101, a world of apes, the inhabitants were primates similar to those in "Planet of the Apes." Spider-Monkey was the Spider-Man of this world, named Peter Parker. However, due to their brutal justice system of "criminals are tried, if they don't reform, they get killed," he adopted a ruthless approach, making him a rather vicious Spider-Man.

---

The story of the Six-Armed Spider-Man from Earth-92100 was similar to Earth-616's, but his mutation occurred because he didn't want his powers. He concocted a potion to revert to a normal human but tragically, instead of removing his powers, it exacerbated them, resulting in four additional arms, becoming the "Six-Armed Spider-Man."

Michael Morbius was the only antidote to restore him, but an accident led to Morbius being eaten by a shark.

Afterward, Peter sought every expert, from Dr. Connors to Professor X, and eventually even Mr. Fantastic from the Fantastic Four, but none could cure him. He had to battle Doctor Octopus with this condition, realizing that having extra arms wasn't so bad. While it exposed his identity, it gained him respect and admiration worldwide, even rescuing Gwen Stacy from Green Goblin, granting him a relatively fulfilling conclusion among many Spider-Men.

---

Spider-Girl Ashley Barton from Earth-807128 was initially a villainous character.

In contrast to other universes, in the earth-807128 universe, the villains united, defeated the superheroes, and divided the world into their own territories.

Ashley Barton is the daughter of the youngest daughter of Spider-Man, Tonia Parker, and this world's Hawkeye.

Yes, Hawkeye, the old man, ended up with his comrade's daughter.

Maybe just saying that doesn't give much context about this world, but it has a fairly famous story called "Wolverine: Old Man Logan."

---

Spider-Man Cyborg from earth-2818 is a Peter Parker who transformed himself into a pure mechanical form, while the Spider-Indian from earth-50101, just like his name suggests, is a Spider-Man from that country, named Pavitr Pabhakar.

However, this group of Spider-Men gathered by the Superior Spider-Man, actually share a common trait.

Their beliefs lack the almost sentimental kindness of most Spider-Men.

This might be what they call "like-mindedness."

Otto feels quite satisfied with himself for being able to quickly rescue so many Spider-Men from Karn's grasp and recruit them into his Spider-Army.

Especially with a few "Peter Parkers" among them.

Even though they aren't the Peter Parker he knows, it adds a bit of a "I'm definitely stronger than Peter Parker" mentality to him.

This sincerely fills him with contentment.

However, during their operations, Otto Parker has some doubts. He can't shake off the feeling that the behavior of Karn, that demon, seems a bit peculiar.

It's almost as if he's deliberately giving them a chance to be rescued?

But how could that be?

He remembers vividly the gruesome deaths of the unfortunate souls he initially saw killed by Karn.

How could such scoundrel suddenly "repent"?

In the end, perplexed Otto Parker can only consider it a trick of his mind and attribute his success to his astute judgment!

But now, he's ready!

Through each brief encounter with Karn, he believes he has fully grasped Karn's behavioral patterns and, based on this, redefined his equipment.

Using advanced 2099 technology, he modified his mechanical spider legs, hoping they might harm Karn

He's prepared to change his approach, turning from passive to proactive!

Meanwhile, on the other side, a British Spider-Man also, through means, witnessed the misdeeds of the Inheritors.

Later, utilizing his abilities, he swiftly gathered several Spider-Men from various universe, assembling them in the earth-13 universe.

The reason for staying in this universe was its possession of one of the most powerful warriors among the many Spider-Men: Cosmic Spider-Man!

The Cosmic Spider-Man, wielding the power of the Enigma Force, was unquestionably a significant figure across the multiverse.

The British Spider-Man, confident in his understanding of the Inheritors, believed that under his protection, many Spider-Men could find temporary tranquility.

Their objective was to, during this time, find a way to deal with these Inheritors!

On this matter, the Spider-Men discussed extensively, each with their own perspectives.

However, no one could persuade anyone else.

Ultimately, they unanimously agreed that they needed a warrior with extensive experience in dealing with the Inheritors.

Thus, they traveled to the earth-616 universe and recruited three Spider-Men from this world at once.

They were the main universe Spider-Man Peter Parker, Silk Cindy Moon, and this world's Scarlet Spider, Kaine Parker.

Then, as the main universe Spider-Man was the only one to have fought against the Inheritors (specifically Morlun) and possessed individual experience in defeating them, he became the chosen leader among them.

With the joint support of the British Spider-Man and Cosmic Spider-Man, he became the leader of this Spider-Army.

Due to the casualties among the Inheritors, with most deceased and the remaining Jennix and Morlun hiding in the earth-001 universe, and with Solus awaiting an explanation from the Weaver, the recruitment plan of the British Spider-Man's Spider-Army surprisingly proceeded smoothly.

And, due to the "like attracts like" nature, those recruited here are genuinely pure-hearted Spider-Men.

Unlike the ones recruited by Otto Parker, who are a bit more ruthless in their methods.

Guided intentionally or unintentionally by the Weaver, most of the targets Karn sought over the years were these "ruthless versions of Spider-Men," such as the Spider Assassin, the Cyborg Spider-Man and etc.

Unbeknownst to the Spider-Men themselves, they had been divided by the Weaver into two distinct factions.

Led by Otto Parker, there's the "ruthless Spider-Army" recruited by him.

And led by the main universe Spider-Man, there's the "kind Spider-Army" recruited by the British Spider-Man.

This was the Weaver's plan.

The aggressive ruthless Spider-Army has fewer numbers, while the gentle kind Spider-Army has a larger presence.

When the two Spider-Armies merge and defeat the Inheritors, it's evident that the latter holds the majority, following the principle of majority rule.

This way, even if the Inheritors are defeated, they can still follow a similar fate as their original destiny: being exiled and/or "cleansed" into babies, rather than being killed.

However, due to the Weaver's own "sneaky move" at this time, a new force of Spider-Army emerged in the multiverse.

Led by Mark!

An exceptional existence beyond the Great Web!

This brings about an entirely new, divergent web of destinies for many Spider-Men, transcending their original fate trajectories!

Yet, even the Weaver, unexpectedly, finds that this contingency, initially meant to combat a more complex and darker future, has turned its sharp spearhead against itself!
