Chapter 24 Just Name a Price

Harry observed the strong reaction of the surrounding players and couldn't help but take a few more glances at the player approaching quickly.

This player's name was Stormbringers-Jagger, handsome in appearance, and exuded a hint of cold arrogance. Harry could tell that this player definitely had a significant background, but he didn't know how much he would be willing to pay for the Faction Establishment Token.

"Dude, I heard you have a Faction Establishment Token." Stormbringers-Jagger arrived in front of Harry without any signs of exhaustion and smiled.

Before Harry could say anything, the players who had asked the question earlier quietly left after seeing the newcomer was Stormbringers-Jagger.

Harry furrowed his brows slightly. He thought that with both sides bidding, the price of the Faction Establishment Token would increase, but he didn't expect those players to leave directly.

"Yes, I have it. How much are you willing to offer?" Since there were no competitors now, Harry asked carefully, planning to test the waters first.

Stormbringers-Jagger. looked at Harry. Although he appeared composed, he was somewhat surprised because Harry's equipment was simply too magnificent. He had no idea how this guy managed to obtain such gear. However, since they were strangers, Stormbringers-Jagger. naturally couldn't inquire further.

"Dude, as you know, it's still the early stage of the game, and our clan doesn't have much in-game currency. We only have real-world currency. Just name a price." Proud Fantasy smiled and said casually.

Although the words sounded casual, they made Lin Harry's heart skip a beat, especially the last sentence, " Just name a price." It gave Harry a sense of dominance as if the amount of money didn't matter to the other party.

After calming himself down, the proposition of a real-world currency transaction was exactly what Harry wanted. He remained silent for a moment, pretending to contemplate, and then calmly extended his palm, revealing five fingers.

Seeing Harry extend five fingers,Stormbringers-Jagger didn't say anything. It wasn't because the 500,000 dollars was expensive for them. On the contrary, it was a negligible amount for their entire clan.

However, because they were a clan, he needed to inform the clan before purchasing the Faction Establishment Token. It was a sign of respect for the other members of the clan. After all, if he made the decision on his own, even if they bought the Faction Establishment Token, it would cause dissatisfaction within the clan.

Stormbringers-Jagger knew very well why their clan could establish itself and become a major clan in just a few years. Within the guild, there had never been any quarrels. Everyone was united, and even for minor matters, they would sit together and discuss without anyone making decisions unilaterally.

Harry saw that Stormbringers-Jagger did not say anything and thought that the other party found the price too high and immediately looked down on him in his heart.

For a family, he even had to think twice just about 5,000 dollars, he was really stingy. And they even said to name any price, how amusing.

Of course, Harry didn't know that Stormbringers-Jagger was thinking about 500,000 dollars and they didn't even consider it a significant amount.

If Stormbringers-Jagger knew what Harry was thinking, he would be speechless. A Faction Establishment Token only cost 5,000 yuan in the early stages of the game. Was he joking?

"Dude, if you think it's expensive, then this is the price," Harry said, retracting one finger, leaving four fingers. This was his bottom line. If it went below 4,000 dollars, he wouldn't sell.

Stormbringers-Jagger was in the middle of communicating with his family. When he saw Harry suddenly speak, he was slightly startled, then awkwardly smiled and gestured for Harry to be patient.

Of course, Harry's disdainful gaze made him uncomfortable.

"Dude, 500,000 dollars it is. But please wait a moment, I need to inform my clan." Even though he was being looked down upon, Stormbringers-Jagger still smiled and said.

"What? 500,000 dollars?" Harry was shocked when he heard Stormbringers-Jagger's words. He quickly stood up from the ground and stared at Stormbringers-Jagger with his eyes wide open.

"How much?" Harry swallowed hard, somewhat disbelieving, and asked again.

"Dude, didn't we agree on 500,000 dollars?" When Stormbringers-Jagger heard Harry's question, he frowned slightly. Could it be that this guy wanted to raise the price?

"Oh, right, right, 500,000, 500,000 dollars..." Harry quickly nodded with a smile. At this moment, his mind went blank, and his body could not help but tremble.

500,000 dollars was an unimaginable amount. He calculated that with his current salary, he probably wouldn't be able to earn 500,000 dollars in his entire life because his salary only covered his living expenses.

Faced with the sudden 500,000 dollars, Harry's current mood couldn't be described in words. His mind buzzed, and he stood frozen in place, even his breathing became stagnant.

He didn't expect a Faction Establishment Token to be so valuable. He thought that the price would be around 5,000 dollars at most, but the result was far exceeded his imagination.

"Have you finished reporting?" Harry came back to his senses and quickly asked, afraid that the other party might suddenly change their mind and not buy it. That would truly make him break down in tears.

Stormbringers-Jagger smiled and didn't say anything. It seemed that he was still discussing with his clan.

After two minutes passed, Stormbringers-Jagger looked up at Harry.

"Hey, Dude, we have decided to buy it, but there is a condition," Stormbringers-Jagger said.

"What condition?" Harry asked in confusion.

"Well, judging from your name, you should be a solo player. If you have someone to vouch for you, we can transfer the money to you first. If not, you'll have to give us the token first before we can give you the money." Stormbringers-Jagger smiled and said.

In fact, their clan had already agreed to buy it, but they needed to be cautious about the transaction method. Although 500,000 dollars wasn't much for their entire clan, it wouldn't be good for them, if they were deceived and this news spread.

After all, if they gave Harry the money first and Harry didn't give them the Faction Establishment Token, not only would it become a joke, but it would also greatly affect their family's future development.

Harry nodded. Indeed, the other side's concern was reasonable.

"I trust you. I can give you the token first." Harry pondered for a moment and spoke. He wasn't afraid of being tricked because according to the reactions of the surrounding players, this player named Stormbringers-Jagger seemed to have a strong background. Moreover, there were many players watching now, and the reputation was what these clans cared about the most.

"Alright then." Stormbringers-Jagger smiled. He had thought they would need to have a conversation, but he didn't expect the other party to agree so readily.

However, just as the two were about to proceed with the trade, suddenly, the surrounding players became agitated, and a voice came from a distance.

"Hey, buddy, how about selling it to us?"

Harry was just about to make the trade when he suddenly heard a voice from afar. He was momentarily stunned and quickly turned his head to look.

He saw several female players walking towards him from a distance. They were all tall and slender, with fair skin and beautiful looks. Two of them were even winking at Harry.
