A New Dawn in the South

What had happened in the previous few days was nothing more than a stroke of genius on Midas' part.

Knowing that the four armies were converging and were probably going to meet up before all came at the same time, Midas wanted to end them without shedding too much blood and with his long-range weapons technology that was possible if they could hold back an army of thousands.

But that was the thing… how could they hold up an army of thousands, making them wait in place as arrow after arrow shot right into them, killing them like cows on the chopping block?

The answer was simple. Create a rock at the front and a hard place at the back. Midas was going to set up something so dangerous for them that they could not move forwards or backwards and they would thereby get stuck like a deer in headlights.

What he wanted was simple: the flames of retribution!
