Fighting gets serious
The next day, Natsuko sat on the boulder in between Gaara and Ohnoki. Looking as the previous kage, paired with Kushina made their way towards them.
"This jutsu is incredibly vile. What was second hokage thinking." Natsuko said aloud, as Gaara noted the fourth Kazekage, his father, among the reanimated. The reanimated slowly approaching their position. With the 2nd Mizukage on one end, the 2nd Tsuchikage next to him, with the 4th Kazekage, Gaara's father Rasa, standing next to him, the third Raikage, Ay's father stood next to him. On the other end, Kushina Uzumaki stood as she walked slowly, the reanimations seemed to be attached to an invisible thread, forced to continue their advancment towards the allied forces.
"Agreed. I'll handle the fourth kazekage. Natsuko can you handle Kushina Uzumaki." He asked and Natsuko nodded.
"No pain, no gain, leave her to me." She said standing on the boulder, as Gaara sent his sand forward, clashing with the fourths gold sand. Gaara sealing the fourth Kazekage, after coming to a realization with his fathers help. Natsuko brought
chakra chains from her back, tsking, as she sent them to clash with Kushina's own. Blocking the attempt to place a barrier around the group,
"Mom! We need to talk!" Natsuko said, before running and jumping off the boulder, not giving Gaara or Ohonki a chance to comment, using windstyle to stay in the air as she sent Kushina crashing the opposite direction. Landing on the ground she sent Kushina falling into the sand harshly. Avoiding Gaara's battle with Rasa, the two conversing as they sent and blocked attacks from either side.
"Your strong.. How old are you now, Natsuko?" Kushina asked, and Natsuko looked over
"16. And um… I'm hokage now." She said, dodging Kushina's fist. Ducking to the side as she sent her leg out, hitting Kushina in the abdomen,
"Lets see.. If the yellow flash and red hot habanero make one orange hokage. What does that make you?" She asked and
Natsuko laughed rubbing the back of her head as she defected Kushinas attacks
"Everyone calls me The Red Flash." She said running around Kushina quickly picking up sand and debris,
"I see why." Kushina said, Natsuko jumping over her chakra chain before wrapping her in her own. Sliding to the other side.
"I'm proud of the person you've become. Both of you." Kushina said and Natsuko looked over, tears running down her face
"Oh. I… thank you. Naruto and I we've got lots of friends now, we're not alone anymore… ya know" Natsuko said, the jutsu on Kushina becoming undone, as she glowed white.
"Goodbye mother." Natsuko said
"I can find peace in knowing you and Naruto are okay" Kushina stated as the jutsu became undone,
"Lady Hokage!" Shikaku said that night from headquarters, Natsuko hummed before closing her eyes
"What's happened?" She asked
"Sasuke Uchiha plans to bring some people to help in the war, Alongside an unexpected source." Shikaku said and Natsuko
Hummed, a hand on her chin as she responded
"I see… I'll send a clone with him, where is he headed?" Natsuko asked
"Wait they were sealed with the reaper death seal, how does he plan to use the reanimation?" She said
"Theres another way to bring people back even if they used the reaper death seal, it's not widely known so it's not surprising you haven't heard about it." Inoichi jumped in
"He said he's headed towards the Uchiha base". Shikaku said and Natsuko hummed in confusion. Before sighing, using a shadowclone jutsu, the clone going to meet Sasuke as she faced the previous Mizukage with part of the forces, Gaara and Ohnoki taking on the 2nd tsuchikage with Temari going with another part of the forces to fight the 3rd Raikage.
"Don't attack me! I'm an illusion!" Mizukage said exasperated as he'd repeated himself at least three times to the ninja before him, who continued to throw their ninja tools out at the man. The second Mizukage, Gengetsu Hozuki, wore his hidden mist cloak with the longsleeves and the hood pulled up towards his neck, his blonde hair sitting above his head, slicked into a sort of spiral going towards the left as it also crawled back towards his neck, wearing a dark belt around his waist with ninja boots, with green pants and ninja sandals.
"He's right! Gengetsu Hozuki's skill in genjutsu rivaled that of the Uchiha." Natsuko said jumping down, landing in front of the ninja
"Finally! Someone knows me! Who are you?" Gengetsu said
"5th hokage. Natsuko Uzumaki." Natsuko said holding two kunai in either hand with her katana strapped to her side,
"Lady Hokage, if we're not to attack him, then how are we going to win this?" another ninja said and Natsuko hummed,
"Sensory shinobi! Begin searching for the second mizukage's chakra signature, everyone else cover them while they do so. Until we find his real body, attacking is useless." Natsuko said, the ninja behind her doing so, as she prepared to fight the mizukage,
"An Uzumaki… ah, that explains the hair." Gengetsu said and Natsuko raised an eyebrow
"Really…" She said rolling her eyes as they prepared to fight,
"I've got something 15 meters southeast.." Nai Hyuga said and Natsuko nodded
"Half of you with me, the other half stay here. Let's go." Natsuko said the ninja nodding, as they split, half following Natsuko, the other half remaining with the mirage.
"How do you plan on revealing the clam?" Nai asked,
"Like this… earth style! Spiked funeral!" Natsuko said using earth style to send earth style spikes to the cloaked clam in front of them, forcing the Mizukage to be revealed and his clone over with the other half of the gorup to dissipate. Confusing the ninja left behind for a moment,
"Water style! Water gun jutsu!" Mizukage said though he was unwilling
"Earth style! Mud wall!" Natsuko said, sending several walls of earth style walls forwards, knocking Gengetsu off balance, as his water bullet hit the earth walls instead of the ninja's heads.
"Wind style! Windmill slice!" Natsuko said sending slices of wind forwards with her katana, hitting Gengetsu, sending him flying back into the wall, a dent being made from where his head collided with the rock, as his body hit the ground,
"Sealing team! Move in!" Natsuko said
"Hold it! I'm having fun now.." Gengetsu said,
"Do it now!" She said before tsking as Gengetsu sent a shockwave through the group,
"I thought you wanted to be freed of this jutsu being used on you old man, what gives." She said, and Gengetsu shrugged
"I figured I'd have some fun before being sealed, that's all."He said and Natsuko groaned,
"I suppose we can entertain a moment." She said, she and Gengetsu going around exchanging jutsu and blows, Gengetsu creating his doll of oil and water, sending it to attack Natsuko and the group behind her,
"Firestyle! Grand phoenyx jutsu!" She said sending a fiery bird towards the doll, causing the oil to heat up, and expand, pushing the doll, to do the same, over expanding,
"Uzumaki barrier!" Natsuko said blocking the explosion from the doll, the doll spewing oil and water all over the battle field, sliding off of Natsuko's barrier,
"Sand tsunami!" Gaara said from above sending an attack into the 2nd Mizukage,
"Ah, your the Kazekage. How fun." Gengetsu said and Natsuko rolled her eyes, catching Gaara up to speed,
"Watch my back a moment?" Natsuko said, Gaara nodded preparing his sand, Natsuko moving quicker than the Mizukage could keep up with, grabbing a chain from her back she wrapped it tightly around the Mizukage,
"Mummywrap. Sorry, old man, but playtime is over. Yin-yang seal." she said, the Mizukage hummed a moment before he was sealed away,
"Gaara" Natsuko started, the boy humming,
"Why the hell is my brother on the battlefield." She said
"Ay, and Tsunade approved." He stated and Natsuko tsked, ionically, Naruto appeared a moment later alongside Temari and her group, having sealed the Raikage.
"Hey Gaara! Is everything okay over here?" Naruto asked, Gaara nodding,
"Naruto…" Natsuko said, Naruto looking over before putting his hands behind his head,
"Heeey… sis… *clears throat* how's it… How's it going?" He said,
"Don't 'hey sis' me. You're not even supposed to be... *gasp, tense*... Somethings coming." Natsuko said sensing an onimous chakra with malice dripping from every pore of the newcomers body.
