My hand covered my mouth, stifling a yawn that threatened to become louder than I wanted it to. I opened my eyes to the sight of nothing in particular.

Really, there really wasn't much to see. It was just a regular room. With regular decorations. Nothing special really.

But I was excited. Today was the day that I went out and find that other fox. I was excited, so excited in fact that I did not have my spirits scout for me. In fact I had done no prior investigations.

I merely coasted off of the map that had been left in here. A thing made of strings and pins. Revenge plots that would go unheeded as I used it to find my new buddy.

I smiled, grinning wider than I had the day before. A moment later and Cassandra took her hood off, her mouth open in a yawn.

She took it upon herself to crawl over to the kitchen and cook for both of us. I sat down and ate with her.
