Her eyes remained locked on mine for at least two minutes before tears began trickling from them. I didn't console her, it was best to let her grieve over it as much as she wanted, losing a pregnancy was not something that was easy to deal with. 


I could feel her pain, but I couldn't exactly say I could relate to her exact feelings. I wasn't the one who got shot by my supposed best friend, and I knew exactly how long she had wanted a family of her own with me. All her efforts have been washed down the drain thanks to some idiot who couldn't control his jealousy.
