Institution Building Aid Bot

An institution was an establishment set up specifically to teach a certain set of skills.

There were institutions dedicated to teaching a wide range of skills already established, but he did not believe that they could be qualified enough to receive the recognition of the system.

It was more appropriate to say that most institutions were set up to push forward the story and cover the background for the game.

The Royal Academy for example was only there to give the characters of Avalon Online a place where they could gather and distribute resources.

Throughout the whole gameplay, there were very few scenes where the player had to learn anything from class.

It was easier to go to dungeons to farm for drops and hope for a magic grimoire or scrolls with spells to drop.

There were many institutions out there, but few could meet the standards to allow students to get important certificates.

Of course, this was only a temporary situation. With his wealth, it wouldn't take long for him to set up a school that far exceeded the standards.

But that was for later. He still had to study at the Royal Academy for a while.

Magic in Avalon Online had many divisions and types, but they all branched from Light and Dark Magic.

Elemental magic was just a mutation of these two according to the system of Avalon Online. It was not the conventional system, but it was necessary for the storyline.

This was also the system with the most advanced magic system. He had to wait for the awakening ceremony to awaken his magic and enable his MP gauge.

While he had no hope of ever pursuing the mage class, that did not mean that he had no use for mana. The magic system from Avalon was the most developed and he could use it to refine his body.

This was a technique for a hidden class, battle mage, but he had the inside information and already knew what he needed to do.

His low level would also be very helpful during the refining process. The refining was most effective on low levels with level 1 experiencing the biggest benefits.

This world was a discrete world. He was sure that the benefits would still remain the same even if he refined his body for a million years. But he did not have the patience for it.

And even if he did, the game mechanics might not allow him.

An institution also had its own conditions that it needed to meet to qualify as a recognized institute.

These conditions were already there even before Sam interfered with the system.

In Avalon, any institute had to have the authorization of the King to be opened. And if they had any dealing with the church, they had to receive the blessings of the Pope of the Church.

But Sam was not going to let such a sweet opportunity slip by. He made the condition apply to all types of institutions.

It did not matter if it was outside the Avalon map. It was also not limited to learning institutions. Even a simple guild had to meet these conditions.

He also added a clause. They required the approval of the King and the Pope, or his as the ADMIN.

The permit from the King also required approval from the Pope now. This was a very strategic move on his part.

Reality unlike the game had all sorts of social hardships. The backstory of Avalon was not as flowery as one would expect for a slice of life. It was better to think about this issue later. But one thing was for sure, for there to be an institute with both the King's and the Pope's approval, someone must have worked hard.

He had no doubt that both the King and the Pope were the most powerful beings in the whole world. Even the Demon King would be wary of the both of them. Especially if they agreed to work together.

As for himself, he did not expose his identity. He just said 'ADMIN'. He just hoped that the system did not screw him over in the future.

Apart from the permit, an institute had to have qualified instructors. It was a rather lax condition before, but Sam directly increased the difficulty.

Starting right from the Principal, he made sure that no one below level 30 would qualify for such a position. The teachers also had to be over level 20 for specialized institutions that taught combat-oriented subjects.

As for basic education, even if there were no schools, he was sure that people would get the hang of it. There were tons of education packages from the store that had been collected from High School Harem and Myriad Occupations.

High School Harem also had its own requirements for an institution. Especially high schools and universities. But these requirements had more to do with looks and aesthetics than qualifications.

Something like uniforms and building design. The population was also very important. And depending on the name of the institution and its focus, there were some weird conditions and even 'buffs'.

And Sam was not going to dismiss these weird conditions. He even made them mandatory. But the system seemed to have felt that it was a bit unfair and introduced an institution-building aid bot.

This function was mainly to aid anyone with the necessary qualifications to develop their institution first and pay for it later. This was also good.

He did not think too much of this measure because it would also benefit him in the future. He also felt kind of bad limiting the futures of some innocent background characters who might not even know of his existence.

He also had plans of building his very own institution. This institution building aid bot was mainly extracted from Myriad Occupations and it borrowed broadly from High School Harem. He was sure that whatever was built from this bot would be better than anything any character would be able to come up with.

Myriad Occupations was also connected to the internet. He did not know how that was possible on this side, but this feature would also help him a lot.

The only bit he might have changed was the price. If one could not pay upfront, the loan would come at a 300% interest rate.
