  " Annalita Hart,what kind of a girl are you?" I heard Kyra yell from the sitting room.Oh jeez! I hate being rushed. I hurriedly slipped my feet into my shoes,picked up my handbag and got out of my room. Downstairs, Kyra was standing at the end of the stairs,her hands crossed sternly obviously waiting for me.


  " Did someone call my name? " I said sweetly in a bid to pacify her. She rolled her eyes.


  " Seriously? Anny, Rio has been here waiting for you for over half an hour" she said.


  " He isn't complaining or are you darling?" I said walking to Rio and giving my hand. He took it, stood up and shrugged.


  " At least my waiting wasn't in vain. You look amazing Anny" Rio said.


  " See!" I said to Kyra with a naughty smile and turning to Rio,I said


  " I'll get going now. Love you " I said, pecked her on the cheek and walked out with Rio.


  Outside, I stopped shocked at what I saw. A Camry car parked in front of me. Rio noticed my shocked look and smiled.


  " You didn't think I'll let you go by taxi with how gorgeous you look today"


  " Oh Rio..." I didn't even know what to say.


  " It's my dad's. He let me borrow it to take my damsel out. Gotta be a gentleman to my lady" Rio explained and I found myself smiling.


  " Are you trying to impress me, Rio Richman?" I said 


  " I must say you are doing very well " I said and he smiled at that.


  " There's more to come "He said. He opened the passengers door for me and I got in, all smiles. He turned to the driver's seat and got in too. After we were settled, he started the car and we drove off.


  " So tell me, what am I in for?" I asked as he drove.


  " Nothing much. Three to four guys with their girlfriends. Canny will be there and you'll meet the rest for the first time" Rio said.


  " Don't worry, they'll like you very much " he said and I smirked


  " I ain't worrying. Of course they'd like me,who wouldn't?" 


I turned to look at her at her last statement and smiled. What is it with this girl! Why is she so different from the other girls I've been with? Whenever I've had to introduce girls to my friends, they'd always get jittery and nervous as to whether my friends would like them but she was,so confident. And beautiful. Confidently beautiful. She is right though. Who wouldn't like her? Her beauty alone captivates any eyes that falls on her,surely every guy would get attracted. Every guy but me! Or maybe not! Whatever! The game continues, attracted or not! Anny Heart is definitely going to fall for me!! Definitely!!
