"Moon is getting destroyed.", Smile half heartedly analyzed.

"Seriously though, who exactly is Critical Shot? I haven't seen Moon in a one-sided battle before.", Simon watched carefully.

"Maybe it's just the class difference? It's hard to keep the distance close against a skilled Gunner."

"I don't know about that. . ."

Without grenades to forcefully increase the distance again, Nimin was forced to take more caution dealing with the attacks. Although they were simple enough to handle.

Critical Shot stepped through the various stabs and swings of the spear, Nimin's fingers moved at a rhythmic pace as he pressed the inputs to dodge. Grit's spear flashed a white color as he thrust it forward, Nimin recognized it as the Footsoldier's Spear Variant {Triple Stab}. A move with a good amount of stun at the end of it. A fantastic combo opener, and something Grit should've started with instead of {Leaping Stab}.

Rapidly performing a Snap dodge Critical Shot avoided the first stab. Upon seeing Grit adjust for the next stab Nimin almost praised him. However Nimin was faster! Keys clicked at a increasing pace as another Snap dodge was performed to dodge the second stab. Nimin eyed his Stamina, the constant dodging followed by two Snap dodges had eaten through his supply. He didn't have enough remaining for another Snap dodge!

Thus Nimin took a gamble! Having missed the first two stabs {Triple Stab}, no longer had the issue of heavy stun at the end. After all it was designed to be hit on the first stab in the first place. So getting hit wasn't the issue, but that wouldn't fit Critical Shot's personality very much!

Pressing just a few keys Nimin controlled Critical Shot to just. . . walk! Taking a few steps to the side made Grit adjust the final stab's movement a little too hastily, making him overestimate the distance. Nimin let go of the keys and the final stab missed Critical Shot by just a bit. When missed {Triple Stab} punished the user by making them unable to move for a little while! A perfect opportunity for a counter attack!

{Sweep}!

Grit began to fall through the air as he heard several gunshots. Bullets embedded themselves into Grit's head as he was unable to recover just yet. Nimin wasn't about to allow that to happen. Leaping forward he used {Knee!} to knock Grit away again. With his limited Skillset he could only do combos like this!

Switching to the assualt rifle Critical Shot released a flurry of bullets. Coupled together with the grenades, and Critical Shot's absurd damage for a level 51, this final burst of damage had put Grit into the red. Managing to recover Grit held his spear and watched Critical Shot, who was casually reloading.

Critical Shot: Is there a point in continuing?

To Nimin's surprise there wasn't a response. Grit took a step forward, spear still held at the ready. Having expected some loud angry response, this sudden quiet was a bit of a shock. Nimin pondered the situation for a moment before deciding on a course of action. One befitting Critical Shot's personality.

Complete and utter suppression.

Switching to the handguns Critical Shot fired bullet after bullet. A majority of them hitting Grit's head. Gunners were among the few classes capable of hitting critical shots like this, for hitting the head with bullets granted an increase of damage. Grit attempted, and succeeded a few times, to dodge with Snap dodge. However his Stamina rapidly ran out and was forced to move normally. If Nimin was incapable of tracking someone walking, then he wouldn't stand a chance at the Pro stage!

Before Grit could close the distance, his character fell flat dead. Critical Shot spun his handguns and holstered them, however the moment they were holstered they vanished by the glitch-like Unique Skill.

Critical Shot: So, best of three?

Grit Your Teeth: Hold on.

Nimin shrugged and moved to get some water. Reflecting on the match he considered going for a flawless victory, but figured that would be too harsh at the moment. Returning to his computer he was surprised to see a waiting opponent. Pressing ready up he relaxed for a moment and considered the questions to ask about the Pro camps.

As they loaded into a new room Grit held his spear casually. Walking forward with confidence. Nimin raised an eyebrow, he figured Grit would be a lot more cautious this time around. Critical Shot equipped a handgun and fired it. Grit took a single step to the side, not even a Snap dodge, and the bullet whizzed past harmlessly.

"Uh oh.", Nimin immediately stopped relaxing.

A different voice came from Grit's lips, "I haven't seen that equip before. Accessory? Or a Unique Skill?"

"Damn it's this guy!!", Nimin recognized the voice and immediately began to fire rapidly.

"Oh oh, sorry it's a match. Yes I know. I just don't remember seeing that, could've sworn I memorized all the Unique Skills. . . What do you mean it could be a hack? Ah yes I suppose that could be a possibility. I'll see."

Nimin watched as the enemy predicted his path for the bullets and walked through a majority of them. A few hit, but they didn't do much besides remove a bit of HP.

"I thought this guy was finished with camp!"

He was facing against a Pro player! The casual voice, the expert movements! Currently Nimin wasn't confident going against a Pro. To the normal playerbase he could seem like an expert, but he still was lacking the fine tuning of changing back to a Gunner. These holes could easily be taken advantage of.

However Nimin's mind immediately turned around. No longer did he think about winning. Rather he fully wished to show off his Skill now. If he could get a recommendation from a Pro player right now, it would make it far easier to enter a camp! Coupled together with his age he could easily become a rookie to watch!

"As expected this guy is testing me!", Nimin turned ecstatic.

Grit stepped forward and leapt with {Leaping Stab}. Nimin didn't dare try to compete in a competition of adjustment, and instead Snap dodged at the last second. Immediately performing {Sweep Kick} he knocked Grit off their feet. Unexpectedly a spear flashed forward and stabbed through Critical Shot's head. The slight stun from getting hit and stopped any additional bullets from flying forward.

However he mustn't retreat! Normally players would clear their vision, after all the spear was blocking his vision being so close, but he needed to show off right now! Leaping forward Critical Shot landed a knee into Grit, launching them upwards.

When aiming a knockback Skill properly, you could launch them in the air! This was only possible if the enemy was airborne however, and was promptly named Knockup! As Grit raised into the air, his spear was moved with him, freeing itself from Critical Shot's head.

Pointing two handguns up he fired rapidly. Without access to the grand arsenal of Skills, Grit was helpless in the air and forced to take the repeated headshots. Throwing a grenade upwards as Grit fell, Nimin intended to use the explosion to juggle Grit. However just before his bullet landed the spear flashed forward and knocked the grenade away.

Grit recovered before hitting the ground and dashed forward, the spear glinting with a light. Nimin performed the Snap dodge, but the spear hit regardless! Once the first hit landed, the other two were guaranteed! The spear flashed as two rapid hits were performed. Left with the stun from the Skill landing, Critical Shot was helpless to what was next. The spear twirled and was swung upwards, knocking Critical Shot in the air.

Nimin wasn't shocked at all. Predicting the opponents Snap-dodge was a Pro-level strategy. Since it only moved them half a step, it didn't require a heavy adjustment to land an attack. Several stabs and swings landed on Critical Shot's back. Hitting an opponent from behind was one of the few other ways to deal critical damage.

Melee classes didn't get critical hits from headshots due to the visual impairment they usually inflicted. Instead their critical damage came from hitting an opponent from behind. Nimin was unwilling to be juggled and dropped a grenade. Grit swung towards it to move it out of the way, but another grenade had followed up.

Bang-!

Firing at the second grenade Critical Shot flung upwards from the explosion. The visual glitch appeared as an assault rifle appeared. A flurry of bullets followed, raining below. Grit stepped about, only accepting hits that weren't critical. This amount of damage was bearable, and made Nimin smile wryly.

As Critical Shot fell Grit sprinted forward. Closing the distance with {Leaping Stab}. Critical Shot was unable to dodge this one, since he was still in the air! However, he didn't need to dodge it!

"Don't underestimate my newfound youth!!", Nimin roared to himself.

{Knee!}

Critical Shot's knee flung forward and hit the shaft of the spear, knocking it away. Immediately following, two barrels of handguns were in Grit's face!
