In truth, I couldn't care less about Seba; all I saw were opportunities. However, I had to be careful. "That old fart is wise and cunning; he is testing me," I thought as I stepped inside the bus and paid the fee for both me and Eman.

Seated comfortably behind the bus's worn-out seats, I let out a heavy sigh, my gaze fixed on the passing scenery. Eman, picked up on my mood and inquired, "You alright?"

"Yeah, it's just that a pack of changes are happening all at once," I confessed. "It would've been more manageable if they unfolded gradually, but I guess I have to compensate for those lost six months. Now everything's hitting me at once." My eyes wandered to the bus window, capturing the essence of a small village as it blurred by.
