After The Movie Night

Despite the commotion, I remained indifferent, determined to carry on with our plans. I purchased the popcorn and tickets before making my way up the stairs to the movie, leaving the chaos behind and immersing myself in the movie.

Within the dimly lit cinema auditorium, Eva trailed behind me with a hushed demeanor, gracefully settling into the center of the expansive room.

The atmosphere was relatively empty, adorned only by couples scattered throughout. I handed Eva a bag of popcorn and a beverage before finding my own comfort in the plush seat, sinking into its embrace.

As the movie unfolded and my boredom persisted, "She's so predictable choosing a romance film. Sigh, how childish." I thought as I tried to doze off.

Suddenly, Eva grabbing my resting hand, her excitement palpable. With shining eyes, she pointed towards the screen, expressing, "Maybe one day we could have a child like them!"
