“Aey… What’s wrong? Why did you have to raise your voice?” Aey’s friend was quite surprised. Fern had never heard Aey speaking in such an aggressive tone before. Aey herself seemed to be aware of that too; therefore, she changed her tone and expression almost immediately.


“Sorry, I…I think it’s a nonsense book. Don't look at it. I think we should hurry. It's almost time for the class.” Without wasting any more time, Aey grabbed Fern's hand and brought them off the library immediately. On the other hand, Fern was still looking at the book with interest.


Aye secretly grinned... Seeing Fern’s reaction, the girl knew immediately that the other party must have secretly come back to look at this book.


And it was precise as Aey had expected!


When school was over...Fern made up some lie that she wanted to run some personal errands, which Aey did not seem to doubt her to any degree.
