"Pain? Where does it hurt? Did your wound open again?" She hurriedly grabbed his shirt, pulling it up to see the injury.

He was so startled that he instinctively seized both her hands, holding them tightly to stop her from looking at his bare body.

"Ah… What's wrong? Show me your cut…"

His face flushed with embarrassment, and he looked away instantly, afraid to meet her eyes. In the end, he gave up. Not daring to face her, his hand, trembling slightly, rose to cover his face, fingers pressing against his forehead and mouth as if to shield himself.

Arianell wasn't trained like him, so she couldn't see well in the dark. She gets closer to his torso, as she examines him. Her warm breath was ticklish, making it almost unbearable to him.

She observed the scar left behind after the wound and found it to be a shame. His skin colour was beautiful, a bit darker than hers, as he trained outside every day.
