Luan looked down as Arianell screamed, but he didn't let go of his sword. The bright orange little fox with three eyes barked at him aggressively, dragging him away from the girl.

"Thunder, where are your manners? You shouldn't be biting our guest…" The orange ball whined to Arianell, as she took it into her arms.

The grey wolf, who was observing the situation calmly, also ran to her, circling her three times before asking for a hug, waiving both of its tails.

"You too, Whisper. Where have you guys been?"

Luan lowered his sword but stayed alert. If his mind wasn't playing a trick on him, these were undoubtedly magical beasts.
