Echoes Throughout The World

The room was filled with the aftermath of their hard-fought victory. Hffyl and Liv, their faces showing the signs of battle, stood side by side. Their eyes met briefly, and a quiet acknowledgment passed between them.

Hffyl spoke quietly, "Well, that's done."

Liv, with a hint of humor, replied, "You know, I promised to kill you after this, right?"

Hffyl smirked and said, "And I've got a plan to do the same to you."

They shared a rare moment of levity, despite the grim circumstances. Then, they turned to the task of opening the door to allow the rest of their squad to enter.

Hffyl turned to Liv and said, "Let's get this door open."

Liv nodded and replied, "Right..."

As they pushed against the door, the rest of the team entered, each member showing signs of the battle they'd just been through.

Captain Walker, breathing heavily, said, "Good job, you two. Fort Zarabad is ours."

Tank, grinning, added, "Hell of a fight, right?"

Spectacles (Jeremy) chimed in, "We got all the things we need. This will be a game-changer."

Captain Bradley, clapping Hffyl on the back, praised, "You two did great out there."

Sophie, smirking, said, "Though Liv, we were a bit worried about you for a while."

The team began to relax inside the room, thinking they'd secured Fort Zarabad. But then, Specialist Liam "Lee" Turner noticed something unusual on a computer screen.

Lee, in his American accent, said, "Hey, guys, take a look at this."

The glow from the monitors revealed a horrifying truth. The rest of the team stood in silence as they watched the live feed from the cameras left behind by Echo squad.

Liv, her voice furious, exclaimed, "Bloody hell... they were recording us the whole time."

Hffyl, his voice tense, added, "They planned this from the start. To expose us."

Tank, growling, chimed in, "Those sneaky bastards. They wanted everyone to see what we did here."

Spectacles (Jeremy), frustration evident in his tone, said, "We were too late to stop it. It's all out there for the world to see."

Captain Bradley, his voice grim, concluded, "Echo... even after death, the echo would still be heard. We need to regroup and figure out our next move."

Liv and Hffyl exchanged a glance, the weight of the situation sinking in.

Liv, bitterness in her voice, muttered, "Well, we're famous now, whether we like it or not."

Hffyl, with a resigned tone, added, "It's not going to be easy from here on out."

The room fell into a heavy silence, the reality of their predicament sinking in. They were no longer hidden in the shadows, and their mission had just become infinitely more complicated.

The news reports were grim, and the reality of the situation weighed heavily on the viewers.

An American news reporter started, "Good evening, folks. We have a breaking story tonight. Insurgents have captured the city of Zarabad, dealing a massive blow to the Anglo-American Special Operations Command, also known as AASOC. It's been a devastating day for AASOC, with numerous casualties, including some of their elite members."

A British news reporter followed, "Indeed, this insurgency has been shrouded in mystery, with the identity of the leader yet to be confirmed. However, it's believed that Mustafa Al-Farouq, the former leader of the Pashtun Azadi Front, joined forces with Jalaluddin Khyberi's Hizb al-Thabat al-Shari'ah to create this formidable group. This partnership has spelled disaster for AASOC."

An American news reporter continued, "It all began back on November 11th, 2018, when AASOC entered Zarabad. Their mission was to tackle the extremist problems plaguing the city and establish stability. However, as time passed, the PAF and Hizb al-Thabat al-Shari'ah set aside their differences and amassed enough power to overthrow the AASOC. The casualties have been immense, and AASOC's defenses have been severely compromised."

A French news reporter added, "It's truly a dire situation, as the insurgents possess an array of advanced weaponry, including white phosphorus, missiles, mortars, Apaches, trophy systems, anti-air weapons, anti-tank weapons, and MANPADs. They've ruthlessly targeted AASOC members, employing IEDs, downing Apaches, an F-15, and even an AC-130 gunship."

A Russian news reporter said, "Disturbingly, there have been allegations that the insurgents are using civilians as human shields, taking hostages, and launching direct missile attacks on civilian areas. It's a grave violation of international laws and human rights."

A Japanese news reporter concluded, "The international community now labels this insurgency group as a significant terrorist threat, warranting a high level of concern. Our hearts go out to the people of Zarabad, who are enduring these harrowing times, as well as to the brave AASOC members who have lost their lives in the line of duty."

While all the news going on, the hate comment spread like wildfire across the Internet.

- DarkEagle7: Those terrorists deserve no mercy. Just nuke the whole damn Afghanistan, I say.

- FreedomLover22: This is what happens when they let these people into our countries. The world would be better off without them.

- Realist76: Can't trust anyone anymore. Let's leave Islam and join a real religion.

- PeaceSeeker15: Hey, don't forget, Islam is the religion of peace. These extremists don't represent all of us."

- Debunker4Life: These so-called "peaceful" Muslims need to realize that actions speak louder than words. We don't hate Islam; we hate the terrorists!

- TrueBeliever99: It's sad how these people distort our religion. Islam promotes peace, not violence. They are not real Muslims.

- BeTheChange18: We should educate ourselves about what's happening in Zarabad before jumping to conclusions. Not all Muslims are the same.

- HateAllMuslims101: Death to all Muslims! They're all the same - terrorists or terrorists in the making.

- RealityCheck6: Islam is a threat to the world, and these events only confirm our suspicions.

- OpenMinds20: We can't generalize an entire religion based on the actions of a few. Let's focus on peace and understanding, not hatred.

Inside the media room at Fort Zarabad, the tension was palpable. Screens covered the walls, displaying a cacophony of news articles, social media comments, and television broadcasts.

Hffyl stood amongst the group, his eyes fixed on the screens, grappling with the stark reality that he had become an international figure, labeled as a terrorist.

Hffyl muttered to himself, "I never thought it would come to this."

Mustafa Al-Farouq, the leader of the rebellion, paced back and forth, addressing the former AASOC members who had defected to their cause.

"You knew the risks when you joined us," Mustafa Al-Farouq told the AASOC members. "We're fighting for our homeland, for our people. The world may brand us terrorists, but we know our purpose."

Olivia "Liv" Hamilton, the leader of Juliet Squad, stood with her squad members, contemplating the repercussions of their actions.

Liv gazed at her team and wondered, "Do you think the world knows what we did, what we gave up to be here?"

Hffyl's thoughts raced as he read comments from Muslims criticizing their methods, deepening his turmoil.

On the screens, one social media comment read: "Muslimin231: These people don't represent Islam. They're just causing more harm than good."

A news article headline flashed: "JZAI Takes Control of Zarabad, World Reacts with Concern."

A television anchor on the screen reported, "In a shocking turn of events, the city of Zarabad has fallen to the insurgency group JZAI, causing global unease."

Captain Samuel "Sam" Bradley of Bravo Squad contemplated their uncertain future.

"We left everything behind to join this fight," Sam said to his squad. "What do you think awaits us back home?"

The room fell into a heavy silence, and nobody had clear answers, only the weight of their choices.

Mike, a member of Juliet Squad, broke the silence with a sigh, saying, "I don't even know if they'll ever believe our side of the story."
