Main Body Level-Up!

Following the very first day he implemented his new schedule, Damian's life had been going in a very uniform manner. 

Starting by waking up at 6 AM, he stayed in bed for an extra ten minutes to let the sleepiness settle before jumping out. 

After washing his face, he would only drink some water before starting an arm workout for two consecutive hours. He would then have his usual breakfast and supplements, rest, and then go another hour of shoulder training.

By the time he would be done resting and recovering from the second burst, Damian would leave the house and hit the Ryu Dojo at about 11:30 AM.

Depending on the contents of his daily training, the amount of time he spent there varied from 3 to 5 hours. In general, Damian would be back home by 3:30 PM.

Once he stepped through the door, Damian would make a quick lunch and have one more protein shake before resting again.
