The days passed, and with them, came more pleasure and pain. Lilith had found more of her time taken up with Willow, but she also had to devote more of her night to keeping the Underground safe. Most of her nightly patrols was just making sure that the more…whimsical myths didn’t do anything stupid, such as preventing a Fae from taking someone’s name, or preventing a witch’s, uh, den, being discovered by the police.

The nights were always varied, and while sometimes violence was a requirement, it was rarely a common occurrence.

This night, however, was proving to be one of ‘those’ nights. She had gotten word that Pluck, a rather stubborn Fae that never took blame for anything, was looking to sell some ‘Fairy Dust’ (really just…skin flakes (*Ew.*)) to some unknowing humans.

That sort of thing was frowned upon for many reasons, such as being downright disgusting, and because that sort of thing may lead to undercover police mistaking them for a drug dealer.
