Rose chuckled and picked up her phone. She checked the time and realized Lucia was right. They had to leave now or they would be late for work. "OK, OK. Let me finish up."

After they were done they got up and walked out of the house. Getting into the car, which was parked outside. Rose started the engine and drove off, heading to Lucia's workplace.

They chatted along the way, catching up on each other's lives and gossiping about their coworkers. After driving for a while, the car arrived at the Saffron Restaurant, where Lucia worked as a waitress. She thanked Rose for the ride and said her goodbyes, promising to call her later.

Stepping out, she headed to the staff room. Lucia followed her usual routine, changing into her work uniform and tying on her apron. After a quick check in the mirror to fix her hair and makeup, she was about to step out when she heard someone call her name.
