Complaint From A Neighbor

Once alone, Lucia's smile faded, and she let out a heavy sigh. "It better be good news," she murmured to herself.

After a moment's rest, she stood up and made her way to Dr. Leo's office. The familiar sound of the receptionist's greeting, the soft buzz of the waiting room, and the antiseptic smell that hung in the air greeted her as she entered.

"Good afternoon, Lucia. How can we help you today?" the receptionist asked with a friendly smile.

"Hi, I'm here to see Dr. Leo. Is he available?" Lucia inquired.

"Just a moment, let me check for you," the receptionist replied, tapping away at the keyboard.

Lucia waited, her hands clasped in front of her, as the receptionist confirmed the appointment. "Dr. Leo will see you now. Please, go right in."

"Thank you," Lucia said, her heart racing slightly as she approached the door to Dr. Leo's office. She knocked softly before entering.
