Bella Scott could barely breathe, and it took Edward Anderson a while to let go of her reluctantly.
Seeing her leaning against the wall like a frog, her funny appearance brought a hint of a smile to his eyes. "Bella, do you know why you can't resist my kisses?"
Bella took deep breaths, still leaning against the wall in her original position.
Edward Anderson straightened her body, his eyes as gentle as water: "It's because you used to like me, but you've forgotten."
Bella looked at Edward Anderson in astonishment, stuttering, "No, it's impossible! You're talking nonsense!"
"We were young back then. Although you were brave, you were still a girl, with a tender heart. There were times when you couldn't speak up. I could feel that you liked me." Edward Anderson looked into Bella's eyes. "Every time you saw me, your eyes sparkled."
Bella was instantly infuriated and embarrassed: "Bullshit! How could I possibly like a playboy like you, who can't be loyal to anyone?!"
