"Lily," I felt her body tremble, and she then hugged me very tightly, the sound of Lily's sobbing with warm tears touching my shoulder. Clearly, I was surprised because Lily had never been like this before. I could only try to stroke her soft blonde hair and try to calm her down, "It's just a bad dream, just a bad dream. It's okay. It's okay." Lily continued to cry, and I tried to soothe her. Soon after, Xian appeared at the door and looked at us.

 

"I think she had a bad dream," I explained. Xian said something, but I still didn't understand his language, so I just smiled.

 

Suddenly a voice sounded in my head, "Lily cried since last night. She thought you wouldn't come back here because of what happened yesterday morning, and you decided to leave her." I stared at Xian with furrowed eyebrows. "I'll prepare dinner," he said in my head and left us.
