Chapter 30: Seven Sinners

Elanor thought she had gotten used to stress. She was supposed to be stressed about the meeting, instead she was stressed about Rostrada. He was just as handsome and smug as she remembered, and this time he was being his usual irritating self.

P*ssing people off seemed to be the evolved form of teasing but by God did the man know how to make a nuisance of himself and despite Azzoth punching him he still seemed to be having the time of his life!

It was unfair.

Now she was going to be doubly stressed about everything.

“You have the best reactions, and now you actually react, Azzoth.”

“I almost wish I was dead,” Elanor sighed, following them along to the meeting room, Azzoth stomping ahead while Rostrada flitted between them.

She had too many things to do and too many desires to see become reality to waste it all on Rostrada though. She wasn’t really sure what he was to her besides an annoyance.
