"Love kill you there." She spat "Go away, I'm hungry. Don't piss me off, Aaron. I don't have time for your stup-" The boy lunged forward and smashed his lips on her, cutting her off. She pulled back and slapped him,hard. They stared at each other for like half a second and then they were kissing each other again.

Seriously?!.

Their audience was laughing at the scene,but me?, I was disgusted.

And I was actually enjoying the show.

"Hey." I looked up and find my cousin standing above me,a smile on her face and a white nylon bag in her hands. "I got something for you from the cafeteria."

I smiled appreciatively at her." Thank you,Lia." I took the nylon bag given to me and opened to see the contents in it.

Jammed donuts and a bottle of Pepsi.

"You should've gone with me though." I shrugged.

"If I went with you, I would've missed the show."

"Show? What show."

"Ion know. A guy and a girl. One minute they were yelling at each other,and the next they're sucking each other faces." I grimaced. " I was enjoying it until they started the sucking of each other's faces part."

Aliyah grinned." Haleema and Aaron?. They're the only couple who's in disagreement-also basically the only couple in this class."

"Yeah,I think so. I heard the guy calling her Haleema." I said absentmindedly as I pulled out the Pepsi bottle , twisting the cap open to drink from it.

"That's great!. They've been fighting for like a week now. Glad to know they're back together." Aliyah seemmed way too excited on their behalf. I didn't say anything in response, just hummed.

I don't really care though....

It was closing.

Everyone was hurrying to go back to their various homes. I,Aliyah and her group of friends were taking a stroll out of the school building together. They were all talking about a certain girl who was cheating on Mikel.

I didn't even know he had a girlfriend.

Why the hell would he flirt with me if he already had a girlfriend?

The guys in this school are terrible.

"I'm telling you,she and this guy were like holding hands and kissing and shit. I wanted to go over there and slap the living daylights out of her, but then my mom called and we had to leave early." Kinfe narrated,a sour look on her face. Mikel didn't look the least upset,which confused me. He looked amused.

"Why aren't you saying anything!. Break up with that bitch,or I'll break her!." Mikel cooed, moving towards Kinfe and wrapping his arms around her shoulders. Kinfe and him slowed down,and the rest of us were forced to do so as well.

"My sweet friend. You love me so much?. I didn't know you loved me so much. You want to fight a girl over me?. I knew you were obsessed with me-" Kinfe jabbed him in the ribs with her elbow. I snorted, pressing my lips together to stop myself from laughing. The rest of them were snickering.

"You see,you can't break up with a person you weren't even dating in the first place...." Mikel trailed off and Kinfe gave him a confused look.

"What?."

"We were never dating,Kinfe. I lied." Why do I feel relieved?.

"Why would you do that!." Kinfe pulled away from him, slapping his shoulder.

" Because my love,you wouldn't shut up about how cute we looked together. I simply just went along with you silly fantasy and made up a little white lie." He revealed,then he grinned and shrugged. "She's not even my type anyways. I like slim girls."

"And besides,I don't date my juniors." He gave Nifemi a look and she glared at him.

"I'm not dating my junior!. We don't even like each other like that. It's just a silly crush." Cue the exaggerated coughing sounds from the others.

"It's just a crush!."

"Of course darling. The holding hands, making excuses to see him, sitting with each other in the hall and making 'fuck me' eyes at each other is definitely nothing. Just a silly ol' crush." Mikel placed his hand on his chest, pouting. Everyone else was laughing hard at his words.

Except me though. I had no idea what they were talking about.

"You're an ass." Nifemi grumbled, narrowing her eyes at him. "I can't believe we fell for your stupid lie." She was obviously changing the subject, but no one said anything about it.

"Cos you're all stupid." His statement earned him a slap in the head from his best friend, Chidubem (or whatever his name is),Nifemi,Kinfe,and Aliyah. I couldn't help but burst into fits of laughter. The look on his face was seriously the most amusing thing ever.

He rubbed the back of his head, glaring playfully at me." Stop laughing."

"Come and stop me." I rolled my eyes. A grin made its way on his face. "Is that a challenge, babe?."

I scoffed." Don't call me babe. Let's go ,Aliyah." I grabbed Aliyah by the arm and dragged her away with me. I turned my head and mumbled a good bye to her friends, except Mikel of course,and then I continued walking.

"See you tomorrow,babe!."

"Home sweet home!." Aliyah collapsed on my bed with a loud sigh,her arms in the air. "I'm so hungry." She groaned.

"Me too." I sat down next to her body, taking off my shoes and socks. "Maybe we can make noodles?. There's noodles right?."

"Yup!, it's still full in the carton. I barely eat that stuff." I turned to her.

"You don't like noodles?."

"Not that I don't like it. I'm too lazy to cook it. I'm too lazy to cook anything infact." She sighed dramatically. I shook my head at her, hitting her slightly on the leg.

"Lazy rat. You're cooking today wether you like it or not."

"What? Whyyy." She whined, sitting up and pouting." Why can't you just cook for both of us. So we won't waste the gas." I laughed.
