chapter 2-The man

‟The light on the truck's end was red and after the truck hit us it kept going" the father said," Why would someone try to kill us?" Cleo said with a very concerned look on her face ‟ That is the one million dollar question" a strange looking man says as he walks in and sits down on a blue swirly chair, ‟ I've already asked your father if your family has anyone in mind that could be out to get you" the man says as he rolls the chair closer to Cleo and her father. 

The man looks like he's still in highschool with dark brown hair and eyes so dark of brown they almost look black he's also wearing black glasses with a black coat and black pants could be 5 foot 10 or 11 with a deep raspy voice. Then Cleo realizes who he is,‟Andrew?" she says with a questioning look on her face ,‟Yeah?" he answers. Andrew is one of Cleo's classmates. He's in a lot of her classes and tends to talk about things that are a little strange, but it's entertaining to listen to plus it gives her an excuse to not do any work. ,‟Why are you here?" she asked ‟I was driving by the accident when the police got there, and I knew it was your family so I went on the ambulance with your dad and when he woke up from passing out I asked him a few questions about the accident" he said as he was looking at her father with a threatening look on his face. ‟How did he know they were my family if I never talked to him or mentioned them?" Cleo thought as she slowly started to fall asleep.
