So far, you've seen that Agustus and Arya had their first meeting, and Arya finally realized that the time she's trapped in is not hers, but belongs to the heartless Agustus Kingston himself. Even after reading about him, Arya had never thought she would stand before him like this. After the meeting, Agustus either kidnapped or, in other words, forcibly took her away.
Now, moving ahead...
Agustus brought Arya with him to his castle. The sight of the guards at the castle gate, who were restraining a girl brought forcefully by their king, left Arya astonished. They hurriedly opened the gate, and Agustus took Arya inside the castle.
As Agustus was dismounting with Arya, she began to struggle, trying to free herself. "Let go... Let me go, you... you animal! Let me go," she cried out.
Agustus grabbed Arya and glared at her angrily. Arya trembled as she saw his furious eyes. Agustus forcibly lifted her onto his shoulders.
Arya's eyes were now brimming with tears. She began to punch Agustus's back in an attempt to break free. Agustus, with Arya still on his shoulders, continued walking towards the castle. The astonishment of the people inside the castle was growing as they saw Agustus with Arya.
Agustus took Arya directly towards his old chamber. He kicked open the large door and threw Arya onto the bed. He then sat a little distance away, staring at Arya. Arya was shaking with fear, reminded of the soldiers' actions from the previous night. She felt that Agustus might do something similar to her.
Arya - "Don't come near me. Stay away from me. Far away. Why did you bring me here? Let me go." Arya started begging Agustus while crying.
But Agustus's expression remained unchanged. He continued to gaze at Arya as he had before.
Agustus seemed to be searching for something in her, and every time he looked at her, she looked beautiful to him. However, there was a flaw he couldn't identify. He didn't know what that flaw was. Then, Agustus sternly asked her, "Who are you?"
Arya lifted her gaze and stared at him, not saying anything.
Agustus narrowed his eyes at her and said, "Who gave you permission to stare at me? Lower your eyes and answer my question. Who are you? Who sent you here?"
Arya sobbed and said, "No one. I'm here by mistake. I came here by mistake. I don't even know how."
Agustus's expression remained unchanged. He then slammed a wooden object onto the wooden table in front of him in anger and shouted, "Don't lie! I only want to hear the truth from you. Otherwise, I'll cut off your head and hang it outside this castle. But before that, I'll rip out your tongue. What is your purpose of being here?"
Arya, frightened by Agustus's anger, began to cry again. She stammered, "I'm not lying. I really came here by mistake. I don't have any purpose."
Due to Agustus's anger, Arya began to cry again, and in her trembling voice, she said, "I'm not lying. I... I really came here by mistake. I don't have any purpose."
Augustus - "How did you manage to kill those 20 soldiers alone?"
Upon hearing Augustus' words, Arya seemed almost on the verge of collapsing.
Arya - "I killed 20 soldiers, I... the queen bee doesn't die because of me. You're talking about 20 soldiers."
Augustus stared at her and firmly said, "It's not like I haven't taken girls' lives before. I can take yours too, without much fuss. I'm giving you a chance to tell the truth, for a reason. So, don't give me a reason to take your life. I'm giving you until tonight. If you tell the truth, you'll stay alive." With that, he turned and left the room.
Arya glared at the door in anger, picked up some belongings near the bed, and threw them towards the door. She got up from the bed, started wrecking it with her shoes, and muttered, "He's not a king, he's a monster, a devil, a demon. The biggest demon in this world. If my brother were here, he would beat it, even if he had to use all his strength and break all his teeth. Crazy man, who cares about tonight? Will my answer change overnight? Speaking the truth is a sin in this world; no one believes it. I was a fool to come to this castle to study Greek mythology and then stupidly went to see the red moon in that river. And the biggest mistake was wanting to know about this heartless person. Well, Arya, now you know. Know closely, so closely that he takes your life." Arya got off the bed in anger, and it took her half a day to completely wreck the room. Only a little time remained until nightfall.
Meanwhile, Augustus, who was in his other room, suddenly heard a knocking on his door. He sternly said, "Come in."
Justin entered the room and said, "My lord, that girl you brought into the castle is a danger to you..."
Augustus turned to Justin and said in a cold tone, "The biggest danger in this world is me. There's no one else in the world who can become a danger to me."
Augustus looked at Justin and asked, "How do you know she's a princess and where is she from? Has the Balkans sent her here?"
Justin nervously responded, "The Balkans wouldn't dare, and I saw the princess there. This girl isn't her."
Augustus narrowed his eyes at Justin, making him flinch.
Augustus - "How do you know she's a princess?"
Justin (nervously) - "Just a hunch. The girl's confidence, even in front of you, was as if she ruled the seventh sky. Either she's overly foolish or she considers herself way more powerful than needed."
Augustus - "That's the reason."
Justin - "She's beautiful too, to the point that...," Justin's voice trailed off as Augustus directed his gaze towards him, causing Justin to fall silent.
Augustus looked outside; it was already nighttime. He walked out of his room and headed back to Arya's room, with Justin following.
As soon as he opened the door, Arya glared at him, her eyes red with anger. She had been wreaking havoc in the room, completely ruining the relics of her childhood that were placed there. Now, with Augustus' anger, it seemed there was no one who could save her.
