"If you like, tell Fourth mother. I am the one who took you to that party but, since your mother refused to teach you manners and of course, you refused to learn," Suki flipped her hair and looked her square in the eyes. "I will do the job myself. Now, before I count to three, find your ass in your room."
Li-Na was red in anger and embarrassment. She just stormed upstairs and Kat, with tears in her eyes, managed to carry all the gifts upstairs while laughing non-stop. Suki bowed before Jul.
"Forgive her, Julius. She didn't know what she was doing."
"Don't worry about it. Good job putting her in her place."
"Thanks." She walked up the stairs and said goodnight before entering her room.
"Now, what were we saying?" Alora sat straight and looked at Julius.
"Austin really loves you and wants the best for you but I wish you could see that. There is something I have to ask you but please give this to Suki for me."
He held out a black glossy card with his name and phone number imprinted in gold letters on it. She nodded and went up the stairs. Suki and Li-Na shared a room, Hana and Taki shared one and Kat had one all to herself. Suki's room was the first one down the corridor and Aora had never been in it before. She walked to the door and knocked softly.
"Come in."
Alora opened it, stepped in aand closed the door. The lights were turned on, showcasing the room's splendor. The walls were pained lavender and had peach swirled all over the wall. A grey fuzzy rug was used to cover majority of the room's floor and two safir beds and closets were wach in a corner with a night light on the drawer by the bedside. One bed was covered with orange and the other, in light raspberry purple.
Li-Na was looking at Alora and it was obvious that she didn't want her there. Suki wasn't in the room so Li-Na was probably the person that let her in.The bathroom door opened and Suki came out, draped in a towel.
She sat on the purple bed and turned to Alora. "What's up, Alora?"
"Julius wanted me to give you his card. I think he wants to do you out."
"Really?" She looked suprised and Li-Na looked so jealous, she was literally fuming. "In that case, I will be sure to give him a call."
"Please do. Good night."
And with that, she left the room. Julius was still waiting for her and he quickly asked,"What did she say."
"She's going to call."
"Thank you. As I was saying, I wanted to ask you, do you like Austin?" Alora looked down and Julius tried retracting his words. "I know whatever that's going on with you two is definitely not my business but he cares so much about you. Just, do you love him? Forget his job, how do you feel about him?"
She exhaled and finally looked at him. "Look, I love him but I can never be with him and will never tell him.
