Austin wiped his hands on his napkin. "I have wasted too much time. Han is dead and I have incapacitated Mark. All without leaving visible blood stains on my clothes." He climbed his bike and put on his helmet. "I really have to go."
Calum looked at the two men in the floor. "Should I take Mark to the hospital and mail the dead body of Han to him.
"Yes, Carmine will love to see the body of one of his dead underlings. Also, send a note." Austin rode off. "Something that will make his skin crawl.
"I have arrived." Austin banged the door open the ward door. "Sorry I took long."
Alora snatched the bags from him. "Thank you. And you can leave." She closed the door in his face.
"You are being mean." He said from the other side of the door.
"You are an hour and fourty minutes late." She reminded him.
"Should we do something about those two?" Kuro asked Julius.
"No." He nodded. "Let her cook."
"I was busy. Really busy." He fingered with the blade in his hand.
"Okay. You were busy. Really busy. Too busy to visit your girlfriend who is in the hospital?" She yelled.
'Wow, she is pissed.' "I didn't mean it like that." He said.
"I really don't care." She shoved the buns in her mouth. 'They taste wonderful but this feeling is ruining the flavour.'
"Work is pretty important for a guy like you." She mumbled. 'Apart from killing people, what does he do?'
"I didn't mean to make you upset." He sheathed the blade and hid it in his coat. "I was attacked on the way here and I had to take care of it."
"Don't you get tired of excuses?" She threw a pillow at the door. "Excuses, excuses. You don't know that..."
At that moment, she felt someone hug her. "I'm sorry. I truly am."
"How did you get in?" She demanded without even turning to look at him.
"Get out." He said to Kuro and Julius. Once they were gone, he pinched her cheeks. "I came in through the window. Please forgive me."
"I won't." She pushed him away and dropped the pack of takeaway food.
He stood in front of her and cupped her face. "I really didn't want to waste time pal the line for your food was long and I had to..."
She hugged him tightly. "I was worried about you. What if you died?"
"I'm sorry. Someone from the enemy group saw me. I didn't want to be followed or they would have found you."
She didn't release him. "Mmmh."
A drop of sweat trickled down Austin's face. "What?"
"You smell of blood and there is a dagger in your coat." She pulled it out.
"So, I may have killed them." He smiled awkwardly.
"Just, just..." She dropped the dagger and punched his arm.
"What was that for?"
"You didn't have to kill them." She lamented
"But if I didn't, they would have come back." He carefully explained. "I only killed one and the other is probably in the hospital."
"Battling for his life." She punched him away. "You indirectly killed him."
"Why did you assume it's a guy?" He questioned.
"Oh, so you killed a woman?" She sighed again, this time deeper. "Unbelievable."
