History.

"Born 3000 years ago in a village nestled on the brink of the mystical Barrier, my story unfurls amidst a world where the essence of cultivation reigns supreme. But before we dive into my tale, let's first address the enigmatic Barrier," Hong Yue began, his voice resonating with ancient wisdom. However, Alex couldn't contain his curiosity any longer.

"Barrier? What's that?" he interjected, his brows furrowing with bewilderment.

Hong Yue's reaction was one of ast onishment. "You mean to say you are not acquainted with the fabled World Barrier? In my era, even the most common of folk knew of its existence."

"No, I truly have no knowledge of it," Alex admitted.

"Well... that makes this a lot more complicated, 3000 years ago the war..." Hong Yue got interrupted.

[Author's Note: I think timeline may be mixed up in some chapters and i changed 3000 to 8000 my bad lol]

"The war between the People that split the world, i thought that was some kind of a Legend." Alex said this.

"Its not a Legend, everything did happen but the stories should have gone little out of hand, the split did happen but the war didn't really affect common people, immortals out there were so powerful they fought in the sky and didn't really come down to the earth. That is how we got stories about stuff that happened way before that, if the battle happened down to earth we all would be quite dead." Hong Yue explained.

Alex finally understood, he was also confised, if the people that had enough power to split the literal world fought here wouldn't that just kill everyone.

"Alright, continue please." Alex asked.

"Well my st---" Hong Yue got interrupted.

"WAIT!!!" Alex yelled out.

"WHAT DID HAPPEN NOW YOU BRAT" Hong Yue was getting really annoyed now, he let the interruption go thinking manners changed last 3000 years but this was too much.

"You can continue." Alex got his pillow and sat comfortably on the statue.

"As i was saying, i was born very close to the barrier that seperated the world, my childhood was very unique when i was born golden hue started in the sky, it was beautifull back then nobody knew why this happened really, time went on and my first contact with the Cultivatiob was when i discovered a cave that had inheritance of someone, i don't remember who it was like "Starlight Swordsman?" Formless was a name i think... anyway, i am getting distracted. as i was born in a place that didn't have cultivators i could not cultivate as i didn't know how i just practiced sword techniques like in the manual and Devils really didn't care about anyone that couldn't cultivate and they didn't drop any hints. Humans weren't the ones that ruled the place where i was born, even then Devils didn't really did anything to the villages of People who could not cultivate but i was different... completely different..." Hong Yue sighed and looked around.

"So? What happened" Alex wanted to ask to skip to the part where he didn't die but he was getting invested in a lore right now.

"My village was constantly being harrased by a rogue Devil, he was a sinister being that stole our food and put fire on our houses." He said this.

For some reason this dude was stopping at the sentences and looking somewhere at one place Alex didn't pay attention to.

Alex was getting annoyed by unnecessary stopping at the setences it was like watching movies and getting cliffhanger every sentence talked.

"may I continue?" Hong Yue inquired politely. Like a robot he said this like he wasn't talking before.

"Yes, please do," Alex eagerly consented.

Resuming his narrative, Hong Yue guided them through the annals of his extraordinary existence. He spoke of his birth, an event accompanied by a spectacular golden radiance that painted the heavens, shrouded in an enigma no one could decipher. As he matured, his nascent journey into the realm of cultivation began with a chance discovery in a hidden cave—an inheritance waiting to be unlocked.

As he recounted the twists and turns of his life, Alex couldn't help but be drawn into the rich tapestry of this cultivation world. Hong Yue delved into the dynamics of his village, describing the incessant harassment by a rogue Devil. This sinister being, initially content with petty theft and arson, eventually escalated to a massacre that sent shockwaves through their humble community. Hong Yue's best friend, a beacon of courage, sacrificed himself to shield the young boy as he fled.

"That period marked the onset of a greater turmoil—the precursor to the war, the middle level of the war, the middle war" Hong Yue continued, his voice heavy with the weight of the past. "After my escape, I found myself in unfamiliar territory , a place that would become the heart of the coming conflict. Fear gripped me as a mere child. Can you believe it? From. The start of the war i was transported inti middle of the war."

As the minutes ticked by, Hong Yue's narrative took unexpected detours, delving into personal anecdotes, including his first encounter with romance. While Alex listened attentively, he couldn't help but wish for a swifter progression to the core of the story.

But eventually, Hong Yue arrived at the crux of his tale—the momentous encounter in the Secret Realm.

"I met Sword Princess Demonic," he confessed, a tinge of awe in his voice.

The name resonated with Alex, reigniting his waning interest. "Tell me more."

Hong Yue sighed with a twinkle in his eye. "She was the epitome of beauty, an ethereal presence."

After few minutes of talking Alex deciphered something, basically they started fucking and after betrayal of the Empress he fought ger many times and defeated her and he could not kill his bellowed so he sealed him, completely uselless information to Alex that he didn't care.

"Okay, I get it," Alex interjected. "Let's skip to when you disappeared."

"Of course," Hong Yue agreed, as though programmed to follow Alex's lead.

"Well... this is going to take a while."
