Aftermatch.

Alex emerged from the room, overwhelmed by the story he had just heard. Leaning against a darkened wall, he contemplated the incredible life of Hong Yue.

"Motherfucker has life More insane than Rambo," Alex muttered to himself, struggling to wrap his head around the tale of Hong Yue's adventures.

The hologram-like figure had recounted various details, including his unexpected disappearance.

When i found out that my son got his hear broken i went mad, i never expected to be this mad on something i already expected from the beggining, the trap they have set me was extremely weak compared to other things i have defeated, defeating them was easy but... i didn't consider one thing... if i actually destroyed every sect in the world... what would that cause... and finally after finishing what i have started i got my retribution... 5 Old Man named Ancestor Elders appeared and fought me... i didn't know who were they or what did they want from me but their power was so high i could only go against three of them... in the end when they found if they forced me i would die taking them with me they decided and created a formation that forced me to ascend..." Hong Yue said this.

"Ascend? But I thought the Barrier of Ascension vanished 8000 years ago," Alex questioned.

Hong Yue clarified, "Yes, the Barrier disappeared during the war, but these elders somehow created a crack that sent me upwards. As for my current location, I'm unsure. My residual will remains, and I can only communicate with chosen individuals."

"Who were these people?" Alex inquired.

"They fought me without explanation," Hong Yue replied.

"Some dumbasses risked the barrier getting destroyed to send you up... why would they do that i don't understand." Alex thought about this hard... he learned that if barrier wasn't opened by the world itself its shattering would cause world to break apart with it... if not everyone would ascend already.

Alex pondered the risk these individuals had taken by tampering with the Barrier, realizing its shattering could lead to catastrophic consequences.

"Man, that's quite the secret," Alex sighed as he finally left the room, gazing upon the sect's surroundings. The landscape bore scars from the recent conflict, but the sect's core remained protected.

"There are devils that need eliminating. I hope I can gain another 100% bloodline," Alex mused as he took flight.

As he exited, an old man dressed in white appeared. He seemed reluctant as he muttered, "Looks like another one needs elimination," then vanished.

--

Three weeks passed, and Sect Master Lin returned, restoring normalcy. The demons were vanquished, and the sect was rebuilt. Sect Master Lin's actions during the conflict solidified the Scarlet Carnage Sect's unshakable position in the world. No one dared to challenge them anymore.

Alex now found himself in a vast forest, determined to ascend to the Overlord rank. He calculated that it would require over 8,000,000 years of lifespan to achieve his goal. With a sigh, he began his rigorous training, notifying Fengying that he'd return late after his hunting expedition.

Back at the Sect Master's Building, the elders gathered in a plaza. Sect Master Lin arrived and delivered surprising news.

"Grand Elder Bai was defeated during the attack," he revealed.

"Grand Elder Bai?" the elders exclaimed in disbelief.

Sect Master Lin continued, "I have decided to open up Crimson Battle Gate earlier than expected, we need to get the Tournament open up right now but this TIME NO DISTURBANCES" Sect Master Lin said this

One elder questioned the necessity of this decision, considering Sect Master Lin's overwhelming power.

"This is my decision and will not change, in the attack most of our strongest disciples have passed out just by sensing Demonic Energy, a very bad thing is coming very soon, and this generation is as pathetic as it goes... i do not care if Sect Loses 30 % of its disciples in this one realm, i want to have top of the line disciples to participate and show me their determination, dismissed for now i will get the realm ready." Sect Master Lin said this and broke through the sky instantly, going towards the place he need to open up the gate to the realm.

Elders stood there still confused

Eight months later,

"Hey do you know the Tournament that was cancelled because of the array attack got reinstalled?" Disciple asked while sitting in the bar.

"Really? I didn't know that, who did they choose to participate in the Tournament?" Another disciple asked.

"I believe it's most of the core disciples and even many outer and inner disciples. Everyone can fight if they want," one disciple explained. They sat there drinking achohol discussing the tournament, most of the missions were put down because of the invasions and they had more than enough time to cultivate, they needed to have fun and this was their way to do it... people went out with their friends in the bars and mortal cities bloomed with quite riches from cultivators, they paid every single thing they bought. Everyone was quite happy right now after playing around the cities in the mortal plays there.

They were really confused, this was first Tournament even they could participate in, most of the Tournaments in the past only could be accessed by core and inner sometimes outer people but now all of them could participate at the same time, this caused many people to wonder about if they were still at the threat of war,. But in their opinion this was impossible, they managed to survive this invasion and Other Sects would know they had their guards up the most now, attacking now wouls be quite stupid. Since they could go in war mpde immediately after notice, this was the weirdest thing they knew.

Suddenly, a hand slammed on the table, and a voice inquired, "Can you tell me where the bathhouse is?"

The disciples looked up, curious about the newcomer.
