Lu Lizheng's Visit

Xu Si nodded quickly, already turning to leave, but Xu Feng wasn't finished.

"Have the rest of the estate take their dinner from the main kitchen," he instructed, his tone calm but firm. "Our numbers might be a bit smaller now, but they still need to eat. I set aside food for you already."

Xu Si's head bobbed in acknowledgment, but Xu Feng continued, "Also, Bai Mo's portion needs to be delivered to his residence."

She nodded again, her thoughts already running ahead to ensure the tasks would be handled properly. "I'll have someone take care of it immediately."

Xu Feng hummed in approval, maybe feeling slightly guilty for nearly blinding the poor girl with his peep show. Little did he know, she was already used to it. In fact, it was a welcome change—seeing them in high spirits was much better than the long, grim days when Master Jian and Master Yang had barely spoken.

"Good. Thank you, Si."
