The Battle

Asiris plowed through the Ikes that came upon him, for he was too aware of their movements.

The Ikes found themselves sliced and diced before they could even make the move.

Micah was doing quite the same too, blocking each strike that tried to finish him.

Suddenly, he heard someone screaming, “Get some men in the frontlines, break the breakthrough!”

He used that as a cue, as he called all the teenagers in the group.

Peter was the only one that came, which gave Micah a sense of worry.

“What happened?” he asked.

“The Ikes are trying to stop a breakthrough or something, but it sounds bad—follow me.”

Peter did so, quickly following him at a fast speed. Ikes started to chase them, but no chance was settled for the soldiers were always in their way.

“Why would they say break the breakthrough?” Peter asked Micah.

“I have no idea,” he said. “In fact, that’s what we're finding out!”
