"Bye, Naotaro. Be a good baby to your papa, okay?" Kisara asked, tickling her son.

The baby boy giggled.

She smiled. "Take care, Uneri."

Her father crossed his arms. "They'll be fine. I'm here."

Why did Kisara seem so jumpy still? Was there something else worrying her?

Artemia seemed to have realized the same thing as she put her arm around her sister and pulled her outside the apartment. "What's wrong, Kisa? You seem unusually tense. Are you worried we might fail to negotiate a peace?"

She averted her gaze. "Yeah."

I crossed my arms. "That's not the only thing bothering you, is it?"

"I've hard a lot to deal with. It's natural I will be bothered by stuff. You'll see how I feel when you become king."

"That feels like another of your 'white lies'," Artermia said, brown furrowed.
