I rushed outside and looked around for a nearby shop that sold swim gear. I'd left my swim trunks in my hotel back in Taisho. Plus, I left my board back home. Wonder if Rose had found it yet.

Probably not. She wasn't the type to snoop around. Although, she had seen my sketches...

The morning air was crisp, and the streets were just starting to wake up. I found a shop not too far from Dronma's place. It was a relief to know I could grab some swim gear and maybe even a new board without too much hassle.

We reached the beachside shop. A colorful display of swimwear and surfboards beckoned me inside. The smell of neoprene and wax hit me as we walked through the door, a familiar scent that brought a sense of excitement.
