Kisara PoV
I glanced at the direction at the lake and frowned. That mana, it felt familiar. I had felt a bit of it back in the Taahid desert. Around the time that Saffron fought that abysmal dragon. I gasped as I recalled how Saffron said he had seen Rose. While I did doubt him at first, what I saw of her mana during the dreamscape proved it was the same one. Then that burst of mana earlier had to have been from her.
Hopefully, she was alright. Rose tended to push herself too hard.
Just then, I felt a gentle touch on my shoulder. I turned to see Uneri standing beside me, carrying our kids. I could see the concern etched on his features. "Kisara, are you alright?" he asked softly.
I offered him a weak smile, trying to shake off the unease that had settled in my chest. "I'm just worried about Rose. That burst of mana… it felt like it came from her."
"The princess? You sure?"
