The Dream Comes True

Just as I was about to say something, the doctor came in.

She held the blood test results in her hand, clicked her tongue, looked at Ryland, and said, "Young man, you're an athlete, so resting is very important to you. According to the results, you often stay up late, right?"

Ryland pursed his lips and said nothing.

I looked at him and said to the doctor with a smile, "He is not feeling well now. If you have anything to say, just tell me."

The doctor looked at Ryland, sighed, and sat on the chair. "He is tired, so he's having a headache and feeling dizzy. According to the examination results, he stayed up late or even all night yesterday."

I was puzzled.

"As an athlete, you should know better than me how much exercise you have every day. You'll be fine after a good rest."

Ryland nodded and said in a hoarse voice, "Thank you, doctor."

He sat there for a while. After making sure that he was fine, we walked out of the infirmary together.
