After dinner, I was about to ask him if he was going to work or not when the door suddenly knocked.

When I opened the door, I saw Peter.

I turned pale instantly, and asked in a cold voice, "What are you doing here?"

My biggest regret was telling him where my home was.

He had already achieved his goal, so why did he still come to see me?

His eyes were red, and he looked excited after seeing me, "Amelia, I was wrong, I know I was wrong. I didn't mean to do that. Will you forgive me?"

I frowned and looked at him. I didn't know what he was going to do.

"Peter, I'm a person who values goodbyes and farewells, but you always come to me. You even did something to hurt someone close to me. I'm already kind enough to not kill you. Do you still expect me to forgive you?"

My voice was so cold, and my fingers were tightly clenched together as I tried to control my emotions, "Get out before I hurt you!"
