Aaron had said the same thing to me.
I couldn't tell from Brian's eyes how serious he was.
But I needed fever medication, a place to stay, food, and clothing... Everything that could make me survive.
I lowered my head to avoid his gaze. I didn't answer him directly but said, "It's too fast."
