CHAPTER 30: LEAVING EARTH

Seven days passed by just like that. Ever since Mark had the meeting, he had been inside the special room reserved for him. He was trying to open his meridians and he succeeded in opening twenty-eight meridians in seven days but despite opening four a day, he still lost quite a bit of blood essence. His face was pale when he came out of the room.

"Are you ok?" The three asked when they saw his face.

"Yes we are ok" They answered.

"I know that you guys want to leave Earth and I'm the only one holding you down, Hope you are not angry?" He asked them.

"No why will we get angry, just be in your maximum condition and solve all the problems you have here so that you just have to focus on cultivating when we get there," They told him.

Over the past month, Amelia has opened two more meridians catapulting her to the late stage of one, she only needed a push to take her into tier 2 but she knew that it could only be achieved if she could open ten meridians because her strength would not increase with each meridian again. Martins and Amelia had also reached tier one, they were striving hard to get to the stage she was on. Everyone was racing against time. He smiled at them,

"We will leave today," he told them. They went towards the meeting room where the other leaders were.

There were one hundred people in the room, the lady did as she was told. They had a meeting where they created a hundred-man committee that would attend to the needs of the planet. They will not join any political group or anything, their main duty is to be responsible for the resources that will be entering Earth from the planet. He knew that the butterfly goddess already created a portal that could connect to the academy which meant that he could send resources but he was told that it would cost a lot of space stones, but he would figure that out when he had the time.

The first thing will be to gain a stable foothold and undergo evolution so that he will be able to reach the next level because she told him that they need to have the strength of a tier two warrior before they can get into the academy. That's one of the most basic requirements for entering the academy.

The meeting ended and they left the white house and they flew into the sky. The people watched them till they were far in the cloud. He looked back to the ground with complicated emotions. He sighed in sorrow of leaving the place he was familiar with to another very mysterious place. He knew that his life would only get more hectic from now on, and he would be in constant danger. He already had the infernal court after him, and he was bound to make a lot of enemies in the future.

"You know we can still go back and spend some time," Amelia said.

"No" He answered with resolve in his voice. He knew the burdens on his neck, he could not afford to slip up. The infernal court are after his life, also the primal and the chaotic being will be if they know his identity. He also has a whole world to save. He needed to make this difficult decision.

"Are you ready" The butterfly goddess appeared in front of them after they waited for some minutes and asked.

"Yes," They answered as they looked at her.

"Are you sure because you won't be returning here for a long time, the portal from the academy to this place has been closed already and we can't generate another one so to come back here will take a lot of time" She said. His face shook when he heard that but he did not change his decision.

"Ok if so then" She swiped her hand and a floating spaceship appeared in front of her like it formed out from thin air.

"Interspatial ring" Liz's voice was heard in his head.

She did not say anything but she just entered the ship. The other three also followed her and entered. Mark sighed again and looked at Earth one more time before entering.

The ship continued to get farther and farther away from Earth till it got to a stage where they could only see white surrounding them. It continued till whim, they got outside the planet and entered the black space.

"Woah" they exclaimed as they saw the sun and earth and other planets orbiting around them.

"Earth is beautiful" Amelia commented when she looked at that elegant planet.

The ship continued to hover.

"Come around, let me explain some things. I don't have that much time" She said.

"It will take ten years to get to the Pure Academy according to the speed of this ship but I will take you somewhere you only need one month but you will be given six months because you will be traveling," She told them. The four were excited when they heard that.

"Let me start with galaxy. A galaxy is a world that has a collection of planets and celestial bodies" the Butterfly goddess said. Their eyes widened at the new information they were exposed to.

"There are three types of galaxies, the low-level galaxy that is controlled by an expert at the instructor level, the mid-level galaxy that is controlled by an expert at the elder level, and the high-tier galaxy that is controlled by a master tier expert " the Butterfly goddess explained and she gave them sometimes to take in the information before she continued.

"Does that mean that earth is under the control of someone?" He asked.

"No, it is under the control of some organization and to get it, you have to reach at least the fifth tier," She said. He squinted his eyes.

"But you said instructor" He asked.

"That's where the world comes in," She told him

"Hmm" He was confused

"A world is a collection of galaxies and they are divided according to position. We have the outer galaxy world, they are at the edge of the universe where world energy is thinnest, it only has thrash planets, and people don't buy it unless they want to use the people or there are some resources in it. If this planet is bought, the people inside will be used as universal slaves or tortured" the Butterfly goddess said.

"That's intense," Amelia said.

"That's the law of the universe. The law preys on the weak so you have to adjust to it" the Butterfly goddess told them.

"Which organization is controlling them" he asked.

"I will explain that later," She said.

"Then we move to the inner galaxy world, this is where you start to see cultivators including powerful cultivators that are roaming in space, in the inner world the world energy is thick which led to even the creation of many large and powerful organizations and families," She told him.

"Pure Academy is the leading with six of them," She said.

"These organizations also have their academies and other branches" She said.

"For you to be able to enter the central region, there must be a particular backing from the organizations which you will receive from these letters of recommendation," She said as she gave them the letters which show pure academy recommendation letter.

"The organizations having Earth under their control are the galactic business alliances. They are like some set of enforcers that maintain the rule in the universe, they are responsible for issuing ID cards to new citizens and they also keep the outer galaxy world safe but over a particular period, they release their control over the planet and an auction will begin over it where different organizations or individuals will try to get it" She said.

"Hmm" He squinted his eyes when he heard that.

"That is the least of your worries, you have to get an ID card because the the infernal court is after you. I can sense their mark on you" she said.

"Who are the infernal court" Amelia asked.

"There are many evil organizations but the major ones are the Infernal Court, the Demon Association, and the Hall of Assassins. These organizations are very dangerous because they are always hidden and they also have quite a few people at the master level" She said.

"The infernal court is a set of people that are known for doing two things which are either hijacking talent or killing talents. They are known for their brand mark. It is a skill that is attached to the body of the target. It can't be removed unless the body is destroyed, after the mark is on the person will activate the death order. No one can survive the death order. Even if a master tier expert is not careful, he might die in their hands. You should not worry for now because they can only activate the first death order on you which means that only the first tier to the third tier expert will be after you" She told him.

"The demons cult is known for their demonification ability, which is the ability to turn any living being into a demon. These demons usually have different blood art but one thing is that they are the bane of all creatures. They are the top of the terrorist organizations and they have a lot of terrorist organizations under their command, they are also hidden and they have master tier experts" She explained.

"The Hall of Assassins is a group of assassins that kill any target they are paid to kill," She told him. You will also read about other organizations later in this book" She said.

He felt the blood essence transforming into a large stream, it was more than the blood essence he had absorbed since he started absorption and they were also more rigorous to the extent that smoke was coming out from his body. His eyes shone with excitement. She faced the other two and she slapped their bodies.

"Bam" They fell unconscious on the floor.

"I just helped them loosen their meridians so that they will be able to break through to tier 2 within three months," She said. He was surprised at her god-like ability. She opened a portal and threw them in before opening another portal and left.

Not long after they left, a portal opened in front of Earth and two guys and a lady came out from it. The lady stretched her hands and closed her eyes. After sometimes she opened her eyes while frowning.

"Target is not here," She said as she looked at them.
