Nothing

"Idiot! You shouldn't have intervened!-" She yelled at me, gasping for air.

Her strong grip is so unusual, like she was some sort of a monster. Her eyes darted at my soul, staring deeply. What's lost will never come back.

"Wait! What are you talking about??"

"A Herrsc will always be a Herrsc!" She won't let go of me.

What is she mourning about?

Thud! Thud! Thud!

"The Messengers! I have to-" Her strong grip was suddenly weak, causing her body to stomp on the ground.

"H-hey!"

I freed myself away from her, running hurriedly towards the door. Before I reached the door knob, a huge platform of carved wood appeared in front of my face. The door was open, it wasn't locked.

Something exploded in front of my face.

It smacked me, and my vision went crazy, my ringing ears forced me to stumble down. The world was spinning around and I was pinned down behind the door. Gray smoke filled the air that I couldn't breath. After a few minutes, I see a couple of people with white cloaks searching inside my house. Our house. They're armed.

"M-my mother!" I let out every strength I've had, despite the headache.

Looking left and right, I saw a tall man. Wearing a golden mask to prevent the smoke from suffocating him, brown haired guy. I crawled closer unto his toes, touching his shiny white boots.

"H-help my mother! S-she collapsed and-" I can't move my body, nor that I can talk.

Not a single sound was coming from my throat.

What the heck is happening?

"Are you perhaps, Reiteria?" A cold voice of a woman suddenly echoed unto the room.

I gripped the tall man's legs, I talked and shouted like a toddler.

"Arugh! Da mooer!!" I tried.

"Trachea's jammed?" One of them scoffed.

They all laughed.

What the hell is happening? I thought they will be here to send me to the university? Why did they just barged in inside our house? Why aren't they helping me?

"Seize her, and take her out of the dome." The familliar woman's voice spoke once again. Ordering her men to finally send me out.

Not happening! What about my mother?!

A handful of arms grabbed me like an abnormal patient, I tried disarming myself from them. Shaking my body redundantly, to make my arms loose. I took the opportunity to bang my forehead unto one of the men, pinning him down. I ducked, letting out a kick spinning around them. Stumbling all of them down.

"Nice kick, babe." The tall man patted my head.

I suddenly couldn't move.

"Time's over." The woman proclaims, holding her small pocket watch.

My vision was blurry, until I saw her. The old woman. I should've thanked you earlier. Looking her with my poor vision shatters me, her body fails her slowly. Yet here I am, not being by her side. I couldn't help her, like she did to me. Her body turns into ashes, flying away along with the wind.

My heart ached harder than I thought it would.

A strong force suddenly landed on my neck. I felt a needle as long as my finger injected deeply into my skin, preventing me from seeing the light of my life fade.
