49. You Are Mine

"So, Shaga, when can we have some alone time?" Adrian asked as he watched Shaga about to close his eyes, but Shaga simply ignored him.

Everything seemed to move in slow motion for Adrian; he felt like the happiest person in the world. He watched the small, dark head in Shaga's embrace turn to face him, a tiny version of himself smiling and hugging Shaga's arm.

Shaga's small gray eyes never left Adrian's gaze, and his innocent smile remained on his lips. However, Adrian knew the smile wasn't as innocent as it seemed when his eyes widened upon seeing the little boy kiss Shaga's cheek.

"Hey, Sebastian. He's mine," Adrian said quickly.

He gently pulled his son away from Shaga's embrace and turned the child around to have a conversation with him. "Sebastian, look, I'm your father. Even though you're just like me, remember that he's only my wife. He's your mother."
