-Don't Look At Me With Those Eyes!-

Louis stood just outside Grandpa's room, his curiosity piqued as he wondered why he had been asked to leave.

Ajax's voice interrupted Louis's thoughts, calling him "young master." Louis turned around to face Ajax, his eyes meeting Ajax's steady gaze. Louis managed a nervous smile, his mind filled with racing questions.

"Ajax, do you have any idea why Grandpa would want to speak with Verena alone?" Louis asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

Ajax hesitated for a moment before responding, his expression thoughtful. "I can only guess, young master. Perhaps he wants to discuss something private, something he feels only young miss should know."

Louis frowned, the mystery deepening. "But why not me? I've always been Grandpa's confidant."

Ajax placed a reassuring hand on Louis's shoulder. "It's not for us to question, young master. Mr. Cian has his reasons, even if they are not clear to us now."
